Abba was brilliant, first time using hello services. They got back to me and booked a handyman for me very quickly and efficiently. Abba worked so hard and did a great job laying a carpet and installing a wardrobe! I would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

The general cleaning was of a good standard The carpet "cleaning" was non existent. I cleaned more dirt off with vinegar and water and a clean cloth, Could not possibly recommend carpet cleaning service

I came across Hello Services whilst looking for someone to clean my house and wash the carpets. After answering various questions on the website, I received a quote the next day. I decided to go ahead and booked the job for Saturday. On Saturday afternoon, a young lady called Tina arrived an hour early after ringing me to check if this was ok. Her team consisted of family members, all of whom were very nice, polite and respectful. They were quick, efficient and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to use Hello Services again, and when I do I will request that they send Tina and her team.

Cleaned the whole house really well. Mum and Dad had lived in it for 35 years but the Hello team made the carpets look virtually new and the ovens and fridge/freezer are now sparkling. I have no reservations about handing over the property to its new owners now.

An extremely well organised, efficient and conscientious team who thoroughly cleaned my many rugs and cleaned my two sofas so that all look as good as new. My home is now fresh and clean. Thank you, I will for sure be using your services again. Jill Fenton

Izabel and her team were amazing. They left our house absolutely spotless ready for the new owners. They got felt tip stains out of carpets which had been there for months which I hadn’t been able to shift, cupboards were spotless, they were thorough in everything and all appliances looked good as new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Had an excellent experience just like the previous occasion I used Hello Service Cleaners. This time it was a different team but exactly same result. Anna and her colleague did a brilliant job on our flat in Nottingham Centre. The carpets in particular look great after the work they put in. We also appreciated small touches like her ringing us to let us know they were almost finished (as we had left the flat during the cleaning). Would recommend.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, they cleaned everything absolutely perfect, even got the labels off the kitchen and wardrobe cabinets, and the stains out of the carpet. We are very pleased with their efforts. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic. Deep cleaned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with ovens microwave all white goods and carpets. Nothing was left untouched and it made our move so much easier. Also lovely to deal with couldn't recommend more. Thank you again for everything

My house looks absolutely amazing, they were so thorough and I couldn’t find a fault if I tried. Booking the job and receiving the quote was very easy! Couldn’t be happier !

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.

Nicole and Marius did a fabulous job. They arrived on time and spent more than 3 hours for cleaning the carpet, kitchen and bathroom, in every corner. I would definitely recommend their services!

Nicole and Marius did an awesome job for our end of tenency cleaning. We had a 5 rooms house, and they did the whole thing in 2h30 including the deep carpet cleaning of the dining room. As an addition, they are very nice and sympathetic people. I recommend their services !

AMAZING cleaners. I cannot believe how well they cleaned the house in such a short time, great work ethic. Managed to get the worst carpet stains removed. Marius and Nicole provided great customer service and I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need a clean.

We booked a whole house cleaning for a new property. Diana and Alex called ahead to let me know they were on their way - this was great as I could prepare for their arrival. They cleaned everything perfectly - bathroom surfaces were shining, skirting and windows were “like new” and the carpets were deep cleaned and felt much better than before. Wood floors mopped and all the grime was gone. They left no mess and I was happy to leave them alone to get on with things, I could see they were hard working, attentive and also friendly. I would defo use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Diana and Alex absolutely.

Had an above and beyond experience with our cleaners, Diana and Alex. They were honest, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with what they were tasked with. When moving house I’d always assume that there would be the odd cupboard or bathroom that would be filthy, but not an entire 4 bedroom house like what we moved into. They made brown stained carpets look beige again, and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. I cannot sing their praises more and highly recommend this team of superstars to anyone that needs their place to sparkle!

I was very pleased with Hello Services I have never seen a cooker look so clean it looked brand new and the carpet was spotless. The two young men that cleaned the flat were very polite and got stuck into cleaning straight away and worked tirelessly to make the flat look so beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service , I’ve used them twice recently and delighted with the results and the quality and professionalism of the service. Treated a particularly difficult 15 years stair carpet and it came up like new.

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.
