Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently booked Hello Services for a deep clean of a property we’ve just purchased, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They responded quickly with a detailed and transparent quote, clearly outlining everything included in the service. On the day, they even messaged ahead of time to let me know how far away they were, which I really appreciated. Azan and the team were absolutely lovely, professional, and incredibly thorough. From the moment they arrived, they reassured me that they would do a fantastic job and they truly delivered. While the house didn’t look visibly filthy, it was covered in dog hair and had an unpleasant smell. By the time they finished, the property felt fresh, clean, and ready for us to move in. Before leaving, they made sure I walked through the property to check everything and confirm I was completely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Hello Services to anyone looking for a reliable deep clean!

Buying a new house, you never know what you're going to arrive to. However, with Hello Services, we were able to get the house cleaned top to bottom (as it was empty) before we moved in, meaning we had a clean home to arrive to. So glad we did this, and the work was fantastic. The team worked very hard and we were very please with the result. Thank you Hello Services!

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.

Booked these guys for a well needed deep clean and I’m extremely happy with my decision! I feel much more confident in my home and it is now easier to keep on top of! Ingrida did a thorough job of our deep clean, taking great care throughout. Her attitude, friendliness and enthusiasm were amazing!

We hired the team to do a deep clean of the house as a one off clean and was particularly impressed with the deep oven clean as well as the attention to detail with the cleaning of the tiles in the Kitchen and bathroom. All in all, the team were here for around 5 hours and did a really good job!

Mohamed and his colleague came to our home to give it a deep clean. We bought a new family home and wanted a good clean before we moved in. The clean is brilliant. The windows were exceptionally clean. The team were friendly and I found it easy to book with them and found their communication friendly. I will use them again in the future. They brought all their own cleaning materials and took away all rubbish too. We’re very happy 😊

I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. I will definitely be booking regularly.

Booked a deep cleaning service for my kitchen appliances. Sardar arrived on time and did a great job at cleaning the appliances in less than 3 hours. My range cookers are now as fresh as new. Highly recommend especially with its competitive price.

We arranged a deep clean of the house. The overall experience has been excellent from obtaining the quote, booking the appointment through to getting the job done. The communications have been very good from Home Services . Our deep cleaning team was Briar and Rebwar. They let us know when they would arrive, they were very pleasant and polite, they checked the job requirements with us and then just started and we were able to leave them to it. Hello Services were efficient at giving me my quote then revised it as quickly when I altered it. My cleaner, Sorein, arrived on the dot. He worked hard, did not waste time and did a very good job. Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was alot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.

Initially I was very apprehensive due to a little miscommunication on arrival. But wow what an amazing deep clean 👏 My husband has a fur allergy and the previous tenants had lots of pets and the carpets were left as good as new. Hello services did an amazing job on my mother's house 5 stars she's elderly and had been poorly so had let the cleaning slide, hello services did an amazing deep clean which was so thorough the carpets that were steam cleaned looked branded new afterwards. we cannot praise this company highly enough and shall definitely recommended to people in the future and 100% shall hire for different services in the future .. Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did
