Hello Services customer reviews for Cleaning Services

I booked a post builder clean 2 days in advance and found the booking process with hello services really easy. I was a little concerned about the quality of the cleaners from reading some of the reviews, and I didn't know how many people were going to turn up or how long it would take. But it was all fine when Nicole and Marius and another lady turned up. They called in advance to there was bad trafiic but they were only 10 mins late. We waljed round the house and talked about ehat needed to be done and then they got working. It was a hot day and they only stopped for 2 breaks over the 4 hours they were here (4 bed house). What impressed me was that they asked to show me certain things that had not been done properly by the builders (chipped paint, not painted properly etc). They take care and pride in what they do. Thank you to them. My only complaint I'd have about Hello services is they offer external window cleaning but they do not have ladders or long poles to clean upper floor windows. This is misleading. They can only clean the windows they have access too it can reach.

This is my second time using your services, I have recommended this company before who have never let me or anyone else down because they have a guarantee free Re clean. Thank you Hello 🙂

Turned up bang on time, excellent communication in advance as well. Leroy did a great job getting everything clean and I certainly didn’t leave him an easy job either!

Cleaners were half an hour late but they did a great job and Azad was very helpful throughout the process

Very impressed with the quality of service provided. From the booking till the actual service provided it was easy to book and the Cleaning company were efficient. There were three lovely people who came to my flat to offer cleaning services.They were friendly, approachable and very proficient in what they did. The cleaning of my flat was very thorough, good products were used and each and everything was catered for. All in all I would recommend this company for anybody looking for a beginning of tenancy cleaning service!

I don’t normally bother with reviews but I think I owed it to these guys and they deserve one in my opinion. I have quite a few properties which need to be cleaned before a new tenant will move in, so I have used so many cleaning services over the years which I have not been quite happy with, so I keep changing companies until I came a cross ( hello services ). They got it right the first time! I must admit they have done such a fantastic job that I was very impressed. The difference they have made to the house Was major! I have been using there services ever since and never haven’t looked back. They are really hard working people and worth every penny. I Would recommend highly.

Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. The estate agents report that it’s made all the difference.
