Nicole and Marius were very punctual and did a great job with the cleaning. Ideally i expected the front of the house to be at least swept the floor which takes less than 5 minutes just to remove the main dust /eaves. Nonetheless I did it myself with Marius quickly. The windows and all other places of the house were properly cleaned in a timely manner. Many thanks to both and hello Services.

Great company and amazingly friendly people - pleasant to liaise with!!! Absolute recommendation as they understand customer's difficulty and try to create ease for you and to top it off, excellent cleaners.

Nicole and marius cleaned my flat to a suberb level. The clean it's self took about 4 hrs and they seemed to have checked every corner high and low. They were a few minutes late on arrival but Nicole sent me a message explaining that they may be a few minutes late and explaining reason why. I will use the service again if I can arrange for Nicole and Marius to come. Very happy

The team Diane & Alex arrived as expected this morning and have completed an exceptionally large job. Due to a recent illness in the family they were able to accommodated this so it took nearly double the work and time. They were friendly, professional and extremely thorough. As lucky enough to have hired hello services for our move our cleaning. The team did an amazing job.

Very good experience. House was filthy after lots of building works and previous owners not really looking after it (the bathroom was disgusting). After 4 hours of cleaning my house looks like a brand new home and smells clean again, no more dust/rubble and the bathroom looks so clean I could eat off the floor (I probably won't but I could). My cleaners Nicole, Marius and Irina were booked for 9 am, and arrived earlier, which was great, to be honest. Nicole kept a close contact, she said, finished by 12,and it was. The rooms were clean, all 3 were very very professional, showed everything told where the problems were, but finally all looked great. Furthermore, all 3 were very kind, and I really appreciated how all worked. I really can recommend them, all worked as planned! Thank you!
