Really easy to book. Quick response with a suitable date. Friendly and helpful by email and phone. A really thorough cleaning was done by friendly staff.

Great service from the cleaners. However, I was misquoted how the extrnal windows are counted, this was not explained, so I ended up paying more than originallly agreed.

The house smelt lovely and fresh and the cleaners were very professional.

Easy to book, change any details and pay. Great service overall. In terms of cleaners, the first guys change the time of the cleaning on the day before and didn't do a great job. While the second time (different guys) were on time, very friendly and did a great job.

They were very communicative about when they were arriving and when they were finishing. Did a great job of cleaning everything thoroughly, cost effective and were friendly. I would note that there was little consideration for covid protective measures - no masks, no distancing and hand shakes.

The cleaners arrived on time and did a very good job. They worked very hard. Unfortunately, they damaged a blind in the bedroom and left without telling me. Fortunately my son was able to repair the blind. If they had told me about the blind I would have given them a 10!

The place was so clean, above what I expected, and the cleaners were super fast, super happy with the service and I’d definitely choose you guys again

I was very impressed with the way Hello dealt with my cleaning requirements from initial quote to actual clean. Mine was a last minute requirement which they were able to deal with although I couldn't be present on the day of the clean I was contacted on the morning to confirm what was required

Overall the service was ok. Had to have the cleaners back again and they dont have steaming apparatus which was needed for some of the tasks.

The cleaning team were efficient and thorough and overall did a good job. The missed out a few areas by accident but the rest they completed to a good standard. Arranging the service at such short notice with no fuss was also a great bonus and much appreciated in our circumstances. It would be helpful if you could notify the cleaning team that payment had been received so they didn't have to ask my mum for it again at the end.

The whole process has been very easy and the clean was excellent

Some spots where missed e.g mirror in bathroom not cleaned and water marks left on table. Cleaners where smoking and left cigarette butt in front garden. Apart from that very good clean would book again.

The two cleaners were hard working, polite, and cheerful. The booking method was easy and efficient.

Great cleaning but 44 mins late and didn’t stay 4 hours

Ludwig and his team was very friendly and professional. They did an extremely thorough clean of the house, and moved furniture in order to clean under it despite this not being part of the service as advertised.

The cleaning was great but not the tech devices . Keep getting invoices to pay for the cleaning which I’ve already paid . The online tech services were slow unhelpful and at times rude .

Quite expensive, however, very flexible. The service provided was very good, although the dishwasher wasn't cleaned properly and i had to remind them to do the windows abd wipe down some surfaces. Overall excellent level of cleaning though and lovely, friendly service. Also, was promised a cleaning certificate i can send to the landlords and have yet to receive this. For the most part absolutely 5star service. Cleaners arrived 25-30mins late and didn’t let me know they were stuck in traffic. Created unnecessary stress on my handover day.
