I was nervous about a stranger in my home ( I arranged the visit for while I was at work ) but I needn't have worried. It was as though Izabel knew me and my preferences for where everything should go. She even did the washing up and put my recycling out. Coming home from work I stepped into a clean, fresh home. Everything had been dusted, polished, hoovered, washed and scrubbed. 1000% recommendation. If you want perfection, these are the people.

They went above and beyond, the house had been flooded during storms and had to be totally stripped out. Once everything was repaired we had Hello Services in to do a full house clean, they were amazing and did a really good job.

Excellent customer service from initial telephone enquiry to the clarity and transparency of the online quoting system to fine tuning of the quote due to our individual circumstances, to booking of the cleaning job within 24 hours, and last but not least a genuinely thorough and professional deep clean of the premises. The team of 3 arrived promptly and set to work immediately. They worked not stop, starting upstairs and working there way down. The team were courteous and friendly. The whole house was in a dreadful state before they came and it was beautiful when they finished. I have never seen 3 people work so hard and achieve such a brilliant result in 5 and a half hours. The elderly lady whose house it was, was very happy. Thank you.

The service is excellent. Booking the service is very easy, payment options are feasible. The cleaning service is actually very good. The guys know a lot of stuff about each appliance and each room and how to clean it. Prices are very affordable. Just book the service, sit back and relax. Your job will be done and you'll be happy.

Really pleased with the results. They cleaned my mum's bathroom and made it look like new. Very friendly pleasant staff. They did the whole thing in an hour.

Very easy to book. Picked my own time slot. Arrived 10 minutes early and just cracked on with the job (double oven clean). Very impressed with the result oven looked brand new, would definitely recommend.

Really good service by the team , they've reached ontime and then communicate on the work they are going to do . They only called me up after it is finished ( 4 hrs later) and the work they had done was really good. The rates were also reasonable . Thanks team for a smooth service .

The two girls turned up on time and were casually but smartly dressed and polite. They got straight to work and during the time they were here they didn't bother me at all and could always be heard cleaning. After they had finished the house looked and smelt very clean and a good job was done. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

Excellent service and would definitely recommend. A much better result than expected as house had been empty for 5 years. Cleaning team were on time, friendly and courteous and stayed until they were satisfied, four hours. Price was set in the beginning. Thanks for a great job.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

Arrived on time and got to work straight away, double checked what was needed and off the team went

Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

I was delighted with this company. There was an option to tailor - make my cleaning requirements as I had a budget. The cleaners did an excellent job and the online booking system worked well.

“The cleaners were extremely polite and very hard working I would recommend them to anyone and if ever needed a clanging service again I would definitely use this company and the cleaners. My clean was absolutely brilliant and when handing the keys to my landlord she was very impressed and grateful it was done to such a high standard, so thank you for taking a massive stress off my hands!!”

Friendly service staff and excellent cleaning. Staff called ahead of time to check if they could arrive early in order to make sure all cleaning task would be completed on the day. Great attention to detail in every room and we were very satisfied with the final result.
