After having our house fully rewired every room was covered in dust. It was too daunting for us so decided to hire some cleaners. We are so glad we chose Hello, the team they sent were outstanding the transformation was unbelievable. We are having further building work carried out in the near future and will definitely be calling on hello again.

Brilliant. This flat had corners that cannot have been cleaned for nearly forty years. Dust and grim everywhere. What a miracle; Charles and Theodora did even more than was expected and the flat looked wonderful by the time they left. I have never had cleaners before and would recommend them with no hesitation. I was very lucky.

Hi what a fantastic job your cleaner has done turned up very prompt the only snag was I was quoted for all my windows done but turned up with no ladders so just did downstairs I wasn’t bothered cause she knocked £25 pounds off the price once again thank you Vlasta 👍👍👍👍 great job

During a stressful house-move, Hello Services cleaners made this part extremely easy with their excellent communication (always emailed me straight back and accommodated my requests) and fantastic cleaning job which left the property sparkling. The cleaners were friendly and professional, sending us photos of the job once they finished, and we trusted them. Would definitely use again and highly recommend, thank you!

Friendly staff, great cleaning, competitive rates! My cleaner Ana and her assistant were really friendly, polite and did a fantastic job. I was having to teach online in one room and they were incredibly accommodating and respectful. They were also very aware of social distancing and wore face masks. Adriana and her team called to see if they could arrive earlier, no problem for us. 3.5 hours later and a lot of hard work by her team the house was cleaner than its ever been.

Got this company in to clean a friend's flat who'd just come out of hospital. They were fantastic! Ana was so lovely and friendly and they did a brilliant job, my friend was very happy and will definitely use them again. I'd highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! The team was amazing and they did a great job! I had 3 amazing people work on the property today and in the end was squeaky clean.

My nephew had bought his 1st flat and excitedly we got the keys and stepped over the threshold only to find filth. Cat hair, waves and waves of it, tar from smoking, sticky dirty filth, grease, even cat hair in the fridge freezer! We did what we could but didnt scratch the surface. I found hello and was surprised at how easy it was to book a cleaning team. Our cleaning team made contact prior to the day, and when they arrived they were friendly, cheerful, and extremely hard working. They really know what they're doing and have a strong constitution! I would use them again, without a doubt.

I actually did not see the finished house after cleaning, but wanted to feed back on how brilliant communication was prior to the job being arranged. Also, the cleaner Vlasta was in touch throughout the day and went above and beyond with our particular circumstances. I was extremely impressed! This five star review is for Nicole and Marius who performed a miracle on the house that was left in a mess after the first cleaning team that was sent by Hello Services. We specifically booked end of builders clean which doesn’t mean a simple mop up, it requires extra effort and plenty of time. The first 2 guys were completely inadequate, didn’t have right tools and cleaning materials, and claimed they’ve done a good job. We complained to Hello Services about the standards and quality, and they sent us the team we wanted in the first place who turned everything around in 5 hours. Can’t thank Nicole and Marius enough and would only recommended them for any cleaning job! Thanks to Hello Services for rectifying the issues and responding positively.

The team did a great job on my rental property. Cleaning behind all of the furniture and scrubbing grease from the kitchen that had been there for years. They communicated well and brought 4 people to get the job done. Would use again

Vlasta did a great job cleaning my flat today, it was all very thorough. She is also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, my experience with them have been great and I would recommend them for others.

Great cleaners only downside is I ask if they used local cleaners which they said they did but I don’t call a 2 hour drive to get to flat local!

Today we had cleaning booked in crawley. Before the work the house as described by our client as "yellow and brown" and now he describes it as "clean and white". Excellent job, very satisfied. The cleaners were nice as well, courteous and good mannered. It helps the client by giving him a better appearence and he feels less neglected. It made him very happy and will give him more confidence. Good service from hello.
