The cleaners dud an excellent job.

Erica and Jan arrived on time .They worked really hard and were extremely professional .We are very happy with the quality of their work and we now have a sparklingly clean home .

My assigned cleaner F. Ahmad was very friendly, accommodating, professional and did his job perfectly. I would definitely book him again

Very good actual cleaning service amd nice friendly men but I found the booking system confusing like I hadn't booked what I thought I had when they showed me which wasn't clear.

They were right on time and did a brilliant job, house smelled absolutely divine after they left and I would definitely use again. Sparkling clean and very efficient :)

The cleaning team were amazing. Quick and like ninjas making the place very clean. Two niggles - one was that they were late, and the other was that they bagged up literally everything that was left in the flat. It would have been good to have a brief chat before they did that as I have lost some important papers and things

Good job but had to move the day of cleaning a day forward due to illness not something you can control but that’s the only reason for the point off.

High quality cleaning. Very detailed and easy service to book and use.

A few things were left uncleaned like the light fittings which I forgot to check when doing inspection. The one in the kitchen was very dirty and I had to clean it myself after they left. other than that was good service.

Quite and through in cleaning. Staff very helpful and friendly. Won't need to spring cleaning for a while.

The cleaners did a very good job and I'm more than satisfied with the cleaning and the professionalism of the workers. The customer service worker who spoke to me on the phone was not very helpful and was a very bad listener. Once I asked her my question, she told me that she couldn't understand what I was asking, and for that reason, I had to ask my question via email. I will recommend Hello Services, but I will advise your potential customers to avoid contacting you via telephone.

Team of cleaners very professional and efficient. Worked very hard throughout and I was really pleased with the clean.

The cleaning did match my expectation.

I think the cleaners were great, but you charged me 390 for 5 bedrooms and when I said only 2 bedrooms you only reduced the fee to 360.00. Otherwise I'm very pleased. Thank you

Unfortunately the ‘the lead’ cleaner was a little abrupt and unhelpful. They were booked in for 3 hours but only actually only stayed for 47 minutes. When I asked about this, even though the radiator wasn’t cleaned, I was told ‘this is the best we can do.’ I will not use this service again.

The cleaner was great and much cheaper than other quotes I received they did an excellent job. The website and main office is clunky and I was provided mixed messages about payment which made me question the validity of the site.

They did a thorough job and were flexible - rather than doing tasks that didn’t need doing ( although they were on the quote) they were willing to clean other things instead. They were polite, friendly and respectful.

Turned up late, but did a great job on the cleaning!

Good and neat cleaning. The only hiccup was that the kitchen blind was not pulled up properly which could have damaged them.

The team had a tough job, 3 years of grease and overall grubby tenants. But they did impeccably!! The house was spotless!! Really impressive job, well done!!
