Ingrid and her partner did an amazing job cleaning our bathrooms as well as our oven. Would definitely be requesting for them to return in the future. They were in time and the whole job was done so swiftly. They brought all the required cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies which was great as well.

Very good cleaning company. They focused on the really problematic areas of the house i.e kitchen oven and bathroom cupboards etc. I think perhaps due to that reason there were some other areas less focused on i.e bathroom mirror and 2 radiators but overall happy with the service.

Ingrid LS12 did such an amazing job, the house smells amazing, oven and fridge never been so clean and everything exactly as I asked! Thank you!

Professional service took just about a hour to clean what I thought my dirty oven.

Adriana and constantine came to my house for end of tenency clean of bathroom shower and oven. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Their work was to a very high standard, they arrived on time and communication from the booking to the end of the job was good. Amazing experience with this company. Booked the cleaning with 3 or 4 days notice. Easy to book, easy to select options about what needed to be cleaned. The team of 3 girls got there on time and what I thougth it would take, at least for me, 3 or 4h it was done in 1.5h. Checked the flat and it was spotless, checked the oven and it was like new, the bathroom like never used. Definitively would recommend it and use the service again. Thank you

We booked Hello Services for an oven, dishwasher and washing machine clean. All 3 appliances were in a bad state. The booking was attended by Ismael and Ali who worked an absolute miracle. They arrived on time, zero fuss, and after an hour the 3 appliances are like brand new. I can’t recommend them enough, perfect service and easy 5 star review.

Ismael amd Ali were very lovely, they did a good job, they communicated well with time of arrival and did a tour show the work that had been completed. They also rectified any issues ie only 1 mirror but overall service was good. They were efficient in their work and brought a new shine to my oven. Happy with the service provided.

They went far beyond what I expected, were thorough and cleaned things I didn’t even know how to, like the extractor fan. Very professional and kind, highly recommend. A big thank you.

The team who cleaned the house were fantastic. They talked me through what they were going to do and completed a walk through of the property first. When I came back to the house it was like stepping into a different place. We completed another walk through and they should me videos of the oven cleaning and carpets. A really great service.

Constantin and Adriana arrived exactly in time despite my house being difficult to find. I showed them what needed to be done and left them to it. After 2 hours, all my carpets were cleaned to professional standard and the oven was spotless! Very happy with the service received 👍

They were very polite and did what I asked them to do. But I did feel that I had to point out a couple of things that cleaners should notice. You don’t just go through the motion of cleaning (windows) then leave them if they are still smeary. The oven clean was brilliant, like new. Overall, yes I would use them again.

Very good services provided. Cleaned the hob free of cost as I forgot to add in the requirements. Very good cleaning of the washroom despite it being in a dire condition. Both operatives Ismail and Ali were very professional and did a good job.

The team was on time, friendly and effective. Part of the job was to clean the lounge carpet which I thought would be impossible. Of course it’s not like brand new but far better than it was. The oven looks great too. All in all great work.

I would recommend Hello Services. I needed to have my oven cleaned at short notice, and found Hello Services had availability for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaner allocated to us is called Robert. He did an outstanding job. The oven is about 10 years old, in fairly good condition, but had not been professionally cleaned before. Robert worked very hard, and did his very best. He was realistic, and said that because the oven is older he could not guarantee how it would look, but he need not have worried because the results are very good.

Zaher was professional at his job, but can sometimes be forgetful. As a result, Hello Services arranged a second visit to make up for the disappointment. Now, my oven is shiny and my washing machine is fresh. Not a bad service imo.
