Excellent Deep Clean, very thorough and worked well. Would highly recommend.

The cleaners were friendly and professional. I had to chase up ETA. They did a good job, later than expected But a light fitting in kitchen was left greasy and dusty. Another team returned the following day. Paid for carpet cleaning included initially in quote at room price then full price for deep clean the following day. Wasn't vacuumed again. Advised 3 hours for carpets to dry. But still wet 3 days later

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.

I booked the team for a deep clean of my house and the team did a really good job. I was particularly impressed with the oven clean and the attention to detail with the tile clean in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all the experience was good and the guys were here for almost 5 hours. The only slight negative, although it was communicated a few days before, the team had to come a little later than planned as they had another job over running. However, all in all the job was conducted to a good standard and the team were polite and had great communication.

Absolutely fantastic service! Adriana and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our entire new house the day before we moved in, leaving everything looking brand new so we could just move straight in. Would thoroughly recommend their service!

I booked a deep clean thinking appliances and furniture would be moved but this wasn’t the case. I also asked for 2x blinds to be cleaned but was told this wasn’t able to be done either

Hello services did an amazing job on my mother's house 5 stars she's elderly and had been poorly so had let the cleaning slide, hello services did an amazing deep clean which was so thorough the carpets that were steam cleaned looked branded new afterwards. we cannot praise this company highly enough and shall definitely recommended to people in the future and 100% shall hire for different services in the future .. Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.

Really kind and friendly; asked if they could come early bc they finished job beforehand early which was a nice surprise; great job deep cleaning the couch - wow! And getting hard mildew off the shower door, bathroom counter, and kitchen tiles. I was so impressed with their cleaning work and they were so friendly throughout. They even asked if they could come back to try a different cleaning product on the rough mildew stain in the toilet - I really appreciate that.

We booked a move in clean as the house we brought had been empty for 18 months, we wanted to give it a nice deep clean before moving in properly. Service from start to finish was exceptional! I was worried I wouldn't find anything so soon to xmas and over a weekend, but I did. Bobby and his team were the highlight of my move in day, so polite, friendly, arriving early, working so hard all day, my house looks beautiful. Cobwebs still left after a deep clean. Some lower areas missed and fans in bathroom but cleaned evened though it stated this would be part of the service. Also I paid for 6 rooms to have the carpet cleaned. As our 5th bedroom has a divider our hallway carpet was not cleaned as he classed our 5th bedroom as 2 carpets. This was disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

Mary and Joseph did a great job with the time they had and thoroughly cleaned my rental property from top to bottom. I pointed out a couple of things which they kindly and quickly cleaned and I was most grateful for all their efforts. Thanks for a great service. Nick

We booked only the day before and were able to secure a deep clean. Arrived a little later than the arrival window but they did not stop working while they were here and did a really great job at tackling some stubborn timescale we had not been able to get rid of with any of the products we had tried before. Shower, sink and toilet look brand new after their work! Very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them again - thank you for the professional service!

I called Hello Services Ltd first, before calling sixteen other companies trying to get a cost-effective (good value for money) cleaning service. Not every cleaning service provided the after builders deep cleaning service requirement that I needed. In fact five or six of the cleaning companies I called recommended Hello Services Ltd. My husband was extremely impressed with the cleaning service provided with the service being of a paramount standard and without any hiccups in last-minutes changes, prompt refunding, and no jargons attached.

very friendly team who strive to do a good job, but partially let down by communication from head office, I stressed the carpets needed a deep clean, but arrived without one and had to return the following day to do it, it needed it and the whole place feels clean now

The flat needed a Deep Clean which I made clear on the enquiry form and also sent a video ,the flat actually got a good clean maybe I could go as far as a very good clean . But this morning I had a call from a neighbor informing me all the lights where on in the flat luckily I was going to meet a decorator at the Property but the lights in the hall and lounge had been left on all night.

Amazing service, have just moved into a house that was empty for nearly a year, had Hello Services come and deep clean for me and what an amazing team and a thoroughly good clean. Every surface and cupboard cleaned, 2 caprets deep cleaned, scrubbed every nook and cranny, the women worked so hard. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Over an hour was wasted prior to clean due to being unorganised as the cleaners was not aware. It was a deep clean and spent more time photographing my home to send to. Management to begin the work although the clean was done to a. Good standard on inspection multiple areas was not clean sufficiently eg Dusting and polishing Due to such a delay to begin with the Job. Seemed. Rushed and not completed too a good standard Staff was. Respectful Upon reflection I would use services again providing you can guarantee to do the job to the standard I am paying for

I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. Very satisfied with the cleaning for our property in Crawley. Omparkash and his team did a really good job and the rooms were beautifully cleaned and to a good standard. So Impressive! The place was perfect and spot less. We went for a full deep clean of the flat we were renting. The carpet, mattress, bathroom, and kitchen everything was just perfect. We are so pleased with hello services. The cleaners did a fantastic job!
