A throughly professional and friendly job. Moving house can be stressful, and these guys made the experience significantly less so by efficiently cleaning the house.

My daughter and her friend employed hello services to move the contents of their flat in Stevenage to their new flat in London. They arrived a little early to ensure they were ready to start at 9am The flat was at the top of the three story block of flats and the three of them worked their socks off for for a couple of hours to fill a Bedford van to the brim. The flat is in south east London again top floor of three storey block. They set about unloading what I can only describe as a lot of bulky and heavy boxes etc. from the van to the flat no easy task upnthe steep and narrow stairs to the flat no lift available. All I can say is they were punctual, polite and as hard working as I have seen anyone work. I would absolutely recommend these lovely people for a move. Amazing job Thank-you

Mostafa’s Loqman team were lovely. Mostafa is extremely accommodating. I had a logistically difficult clean (lots of boxes due to moving in) but he managed to instruct carefully how the clean should be carried out. Will definitely call again in the future.

I would have given a full 5 stars however my order was not delivered next day. I believe this may have been an issue with the courier used rather than 'Hello Boxes'. The items I ordered were very well packed and good quality.

Khan was awesome from nationwide removals and couriers, they both treated me stuff with care, brought me belongings down from v the 15th floor of an apartment building and coz the lift only went to the 14th, they brought it down a flight of stairs and when they got to the house they took the stuff up the stairs that needed to go and they also helped shimmy in me washing machine. Couldn't ask for a better service, they were both really friendly and chatty and made me move less of a stress. Without a doubt recommending to everyone and coming back for when I have to move again ^_^

I hired hello service for my move from London to Leicester. I recommend them as best as movers compare to other companies, so I won't be worry for my next move as thinking the difficulty of house removals. I appreciate for their hard working, friendship and taking care all my belonging.

Used this service recently and can’t fault them at all they were on time did everything I needed and were very helpful. I’d recommend this company.

The drivers were very friendly and helpful. But they arrived at our place without any of the boxes we had previously paid for and were not aware we had contracted them. The office was helpful to find a solution but the whole process was delayed in 2 hours and in the end we didnt get any 'wardrobe boxes' as they had run out in the warehouse which left our clothes quite messy (exactly what we had planned on avoiding!)

Was able to hire a van and driver at very short notice. Great value for money. Driver went above and beyond what he should've been expected to do based on my initial description of the job required. The driver also had excellent communication skills and kept me updated at every stage. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Website was very easy to use/navigate. 100% recommend to anyone needing a man with a van!

My movers were great! So fast and organised. Both of them were lovely so if I need to move again, I will definitely use the same guys. At one point my husband and I were nervous about all our stuff fitting in a Luton van, but Abdulla managed it all as well as keeping us calm.

Really pleased with our house move. The guys came on time, loaded everything carefully like a huge jigsaw! Nothing got broken and even though they were working on an hourly rate they were really efficient, not to waste any time. Our only criticism is that we needed a few items disassembled to get on the van and they were not too keen on putting them back together as "they are not handymen", but they did it, so all is well! Would definitely use this company again if we ever move!
