Ismael and Ali did a very good job. House looks very clean. Will definitely use their services in the future.

Satisfy with the service. Hassan did the job very well,much appreciated. One suggestion: One staff for cleaning is not enough to handle the workload, atleast two people should be allocated for the job. It's a 1.5 or 2 hrs job maximum but due to one cleaner is extended for an hour more. Also, it's not healthy to place a workload on a single person. I would be interested to see at least two people for my house next time please. Thank you

Omar and his helper came bang on time and made short work of the full house clean, the kitchen was spotless and they were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend, was very happy with the service and great value for money.

The cleaners were friendly and professional. I had to chase up ETA. They did a good job, later than expected But a light fitting in kitchen was left greasy and dusty. Another team returned the following day. Paid for carpet cleaning included initially in quote at room price then full price for deep clean the following day. Wasn't vacuumed again. Advised 3 hours for carpets to dry. But still wet 3 days later

Back from hospital and sofa bound I first needed help in changing the battery of the beeping fire alarm. The pile of rubbish went out in a flash and the disorder in the kitchen and bathroom was organised by the two gentlemen, together with the hoovering and wiping of the floors in no time at all. A highly efficient and recommendable service all around.

Highly recommend! They did a fantastic job at my place, end of tenancy clean of all rooms, including carpet and curtain cleaning. Very reliable and made the whole process easy by being so helpful. Will definitely be using their services again

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.

Good communication from the service You know exactly what you are getting and the price On this occasion it went very wrong with cleaners not turning up and not informing me but I know that this doesn’t normally happen with this company

Cleaning service was great. Place was cleaned to the expected standard, they even did the outside windows too. Would have given 10 but attended 90 mins after the scheduled time, I do understand traffic happens though but communication re the delay could have been a little better.

The cleaning work was very good, it was just the information gathering prior to the work that's made me score an eight with regards to Health and safety data sheets etc.

Good cleaning it's a little expensive, had to go over a few bits.and end of tenancy clean is specific but all in all Ali and Hassan did a good job! We are happy with the result. The hob looks like it's new inside and the inside of all the cupboards were done really well.

I booked the team for a deep clean of my house and the team did a really good job. I was particularly impressed with the oven clean and the attention to detail with the tile clean in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all the experience was good and the guys were here for almost 5 hours. The only slight negative, although it was communicated a few days before, the team had to come a little later than planned as they had another job over running. However, all in all the job was conducted to a good standard and the team were polite and had great communication.
