This is the second deep clean by Hello Services & ZA Cleaning Team, and they did not disappoint. Cleaning was to a very high and excellent standard and the cleaning team were super proactive. The carpeted stairs and rugs were professionally cleaned and look fantastic. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and the cleaning team gave a service that was above and beyond. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The time slot I was given was 12 - 200pm, the cleaners arrived and started at 1230pm but did not finish until 730pm, which I was not expecting. Saying that the house was immaculate, not one part had been missed and although it took a lot longer than I expected it was worth it and worth every penny

I booked a deep clean for my new house after it had been left in quite a state by the previous owner. The online booking process was easy and thorough in order to find out my specific needs for the appointment. The quote was immediate and itemised so I could see the break down of cost. On the day of the appointment, our cleaners unfortunately had a flat tire and so needed to arrive late, however their communication was excellent and everything was completed within a suitable time frame. Overall I was very pleased with the service, particularly the attention paid to cleaning the carpets.

Zach and Sami and their team did a great job in quite difficult circumstances (overrunning ongoing building works). I hope to hire them again once the rest of the work is finished!

It was very easy to book a one-time deep cleaning with Hello Services. The service was good, and the cleaners who came were very nice and friendly. I would definitely use the service again. My only recommendation would be for the cleaners to have a better vacuum cleaner. As the house is carpeted, a vacuum with stronger suction would be needed to clean the carpets more thoroughly since the option chosen was for deep cleaning.

The guys did a brilliant job. Was very easy to book job. Great communication throughout. Very hard working and thorough workers. Paid great attention to detail. Definitely would hire again and I am passing on this companies details to my friends and family. Thanks again!

I hired hello services for a deep house cleaning. The crew MIA and Dimitri arrived on time, asked to see the house, asked if there is anything I would like to mention to them, they started on time. Overall they were very thorough, took their time to make sure that everything was clean as needed. First time I had such a clean house and I have hired many companies in the past. Great people, but better products are needed for top-tier results. ​I was thoroughly impressed by the personnel who came by. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard from start to finish. ​My only issue comes down to the equipment and consumables used for the cleaning. The products provided were not high standard enough to tackle heavy grease or mould easily, which extended the cleaning time well past the original estimate, some small details were left out a result, some of my key aspects (e.g. mouldy smell in bathroom) hasn't been fully solved, and a few cleaning marks were left (e.g. on kitchen worktop. ​The cleaners themselves deserve full credit for their effort, but the company really needs to invest in premium tools/products so their staff can deliver the higher-quality results they are clearly capable of.

Excellent service from start to finish. From hearing between excellent and poor reviews I can only surmise that the job done is only as good as the cleaners that the company employ. I was very lucky as had 2 great and thorough cleaners. However it’s not the company’s fault if some of their cleaners are not up to scratch. I have seen that the company responds very well to complaints

Adriana and the other gentleman who attended where very professional and did a good job of cleaning the carpets at the end of my tenancy. They worked hard to get all the ingrained cat hair out of the carpets. Thank you.

We needed a deep clean of our mum’s property before it went on the market. Quote was prompt and the team arrived on the day at the time agreed. The property was cleaned immaculately and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, we would certainly use them again.

Booked the team for a one off deep clean. I could specify exactly what I wanted done in each room and receive a clear quote, which I could tailor easily. Once confirmed I found the payment and booking process straightforward. Izabela was my main contact, there was clear communication throughout and the team did a brilliant job, exactly what I was after. They brought all their equipment and worked very efficiently.

Very professional team, despite having to wait 2 hours whilst we got keys they then cleaned the house from top to bottom. Everything sparkled. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for your new house to be cleaned.

Really pleased with the service I received at very little notice. I booked the appointment on 31/3 for a deep clean to take place the following afternoon. Adriana called me in the morning and asked if it would be ok for her to arrive earlier, which was even better. They arrived at new time agreed and I left as the property is not currently lived in. I received a call about 3 hours later to tell me that they were nearly finished so I went back and I could not believe the difference. For context the 2 bed flat was extremely dirty, I wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference that they have made. They worked so hard and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will be using again and recommending to others. Thank you!

Great communication, extremely reliable, fantastic price and an amazing cleaning services provided. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. The ladies waited and asked if I would like to take a look around before they left, to inspect their work. They paid so much attention to everything, they even cleaned the tracks on the inside of my blinds. I highly recommend 👌🏻

Manu and Sara were the ladies that attended my clean Saturday afternoon. They both did an amazing job, they were very efficient. I recently had a baby and suffer wrist problems, both ladies went above and beyond in cleaning under the sofa, in/out under TV stand, all bathroom tiles and removed limescale and much more. I have windows from floor to cleaning, they managed to do all 6 large windows. Thank you so much for your service. I wish to do deep clean at least once a year with this company. And for added bonus, they came with ALL their cleaning products and tools unlike other companies charge per equipment. Deffo will recommend them 🌟

Very pleased with the deep clean Hello Services provided for my new home. Once they got started they were quick and efficient and left the place looking and smelling fresh. The cleaners that came were friendly to deal with. My only quibble is that they were a little late for the appointment but that didn't impact too much. Overall - pleased with the service - particularly the ease of booking and getting an itemised quote for the work done.

The service and results were very good. We gave them a probably harder job than others for a small apartment deep clean that was still cluttered by the many belongings of the person living in it. They took to the job well, worked hard over many hours and produced very acceptable results. The only issue which they should correct is that we followed the following process: agreed proposal of works, cost, guarantees etc. The cleaners came to the apartment, looked around, agreed what they could and could not do, and then they got on with their work. A small time in to the job, I received a call from their head office saying that they had to withdraw the cleaning guarantee ie to return to resolve if I wasnt happy with the job. They said the apartment was too cluttered. This behaviour was unacceptable. We agreed the job, they looked at the apartment before proceeding, and we agreed on what was not possible, and then I received that call. But again, overall, I recommend them for general very good service and cleaning.

We recently booked Hello Services for a deep clean of a property we’ve just purchased, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They responded quickly with a detailed and transparent quote, clearly outlining everything included in the service. On the day, they even messaged ahead of time to let me know how far away they were, which I really appreciated. Azan and the team were absolutely lovely, professional, and incredibly thorough. From the moment they arrived, they reassured me that they would do a fantastic job and they truly delivered. While the house didn’t look visibly filthy, it was covered in dog hair and had an unpleasant smell. By the time they finished, the property felt fresh, clean, and ready for us to move in. Before leaving, they made sure I walked through the property to check everything and confirm I was completely happy with the results. Buying a new house, you never know what you're going to arrive to. However, with Hello Services, we were able to get the house cleaned top to bottom (as it was empty) before we moved in, meaning we had a clean home to arrive to. So glad we did this, and the work was fantastic. The team worked very hard and we were very please with the result. Thank you Hello Services!

I booked a deep cleaning service with Hello Service Ltd for a client I support. Their cleaners arrived on time, and Sardar and his colleague did an excellent job, especially considering how dirty and cluttered the flat was. Before starting, they thoroughly assessed the property and clearly explained what could and couldn’t be cleaned. For example, they pointed out that some stains on the walls couldn’t be washed without removing the paint, as it wasn’t washable paint, and that certain areas with wallpaper required careful handling. I appreciated their honesty and professional observations, and I agreed to the work as advised. They completed the job to a high standard. The quote was also very reasonable—just under £300, whereas some other companies quoted over £3,000. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service!

Booked these guys for a well needed deep clean and I’m extremely happy with my decision! I feel much more confident in my home and it is now easier to keep on top of! Will definitely be booking in for them a few times a year, thank you again to Ibrahim and the team !!! Great website that helped guide me on exactly what I needed. The cleaning team did an excellent job on a deep clean needed before I could put the house on the market. Good communications before, during and after.

We hired the team to do a deep clean of the house as a one off clean and was particularly impressed with the deep oven clean as well as the attention to detail with the cleaning of the tiles in the Kitchen and bathroom. All in all, the team were here for around 5 hours and did a really good job!

I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. I will definitely be booking regularly.

We arranged a deep clean of the house. The overall experience has been excellent from obtaining the quote, booking the appointment through to getting the job done. The communications have been very good from Home Services . Our deep cleaning team was Briar and Rebwar. They let us know when they would arrive, they were very pleasant and polite, they checked the job requirements with us and then just started and we were able to leave them to it.
