Incredible team of 3 came to clean down my mother's home to sell. They were on time, worked extremely hard and were sensitive to the situation - where my mother wasn't coping with home maintenance. I wish I'd got their names to thank them properly on here.

Excellent service from beginning to end! Competitively priced. Cleaning crew were punctual, paid attention to specific requests and executed the task in a timely manner. The house is sparkling again in time for the new tenants! Thank you for removing the stress of cleaning at an already stressful time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will be using Hello Services again!

Jose and his partner were quick and tidy, they left the place very clean and I’d be happy to use the service again

This is the second deep clean by Hello Services & ZA Cleaning Team, and they did not disappoint. Cleaning was to a very high and excellent standard and the cleaning team were super proactive. The carpeted stairs and rugs were professionally cleaned and look fantastic. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and the cleaning team gave a service that was above and beyond. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The time slot I was given was 12 - 200pm, the cleaners arrived and started at 1230pm but did not finish until 730pm, which I was not expecting. Saying that the house was immaculate, not one part had been missed and although it took a lot longer than I expected it was worth it and worth every penny

I booked a deep clean for my new house after it had been left in quite a state by the previous owner. The online booking process was easy and thorough in order to find out my specific needs for the appointment. The quote was immediate and itemised so I could see the break down of cost. On the day of the appointment, our cleaners unfortunately had a flat tire and so needed to arrive late, however their communication was excellent and everything was completed within a suitable time frame. Overall I was very pleased with the service, particularly the attention paid to cleaning the carpets.

Find the company online with some very good reviews so started to try out on my end of tenacy cleaning. Turn up way before what I expected which turn out it was very good. good cleaning thoughtout and I would highly recommend this company. the only downside was there was no parking, I don't have a driveway, so they told me I have to pay for the parking, but then with what I was paying for, I don't expected that as the parking was only £4.80 which clearly its a big sum for them. this isn't a complaint, maybe I was prepare for it.

Zach and Sami and their team did a great job in quite difficult circumstances (overrunning ongoing building works). I hope to hire them again once the rest of the work is finished!

I ordered an end-of-tenancy cleaning from the company, initially because I didn't need to guess how much I'm going to pay. Their website was clear, with great pricing for different jobs and it was really helpful. They did not disappoint. The communication was great, Olu's team was quick and professional, I can only say good things about the whole experience. Unfortunately I don't have photos to add as we don't live there and handed the keys back to the agency, but they did an excellent job.

Booked last minute and 2 lovely ladies arrived the next morning, they did a great job and the kitchen looked like new. Will definitely use again

It was very easy to book a one-time deep cleaning with Hello Services. The service was good, and the cleaners who came were very nice and friendly. I would definitely use the service again. My only recommendation would be for the cleaners to have a better vacuum cleaner. As the house is carpeted, a vacuum with stronger suction would be needed to clean the carpets more thoroughly since the option chosen was for deep cleaning.

The guys did a brilliant job. Was very easy to book job. Great communication throughout. Very hard working and thorough workers. Paid great attention to detail. Definitely would hire again and I am passing on this companies details to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Professional post tenancy cleaning service provided by Mike and Victoria who are friendly. Communication with the customer service team was good and efficient throughout.

We had a team of two come round to complete an end of tenancy clean. They did a fantastic and thorough job, working around furnitures and the last few boxes and suitcases we had in the flat and being very considerate while I worked from home during the clean. Would definitely recommend the service!

I hired hello services for a deep house cleaning. The crew MIA and Dimitri arrived on time, asked to see the house, asked if there is anything I would like to mention to them, they started on time. Dhaval and team did an excellent job, and the cleaning quality especially of carpets and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

I was very lucky as had 2 great and thorough cleaners. However it’s not the company’s fault if some of their cleaners are not up to scratch.
