The cleaning was good and areas I specifically asked for were dealt with well. We had wanted some walls cleaned, but felt that hadn't really been offered on your drop down menu.

There was a breakdown in the morning which meant my cleaning would be delayed. I can’t remember his name but the man who came out to make sure the job got done did a brilliant job. It was apparent to me how much detail he took in the cleaning and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied by the service. I think he also took the bus both ways with all the supplies to make sure the job could get done that day like agreed. A big thank you to him for getting the job done to such a high standard.

The guys that came to my house for an end of tenancy clean worked non-stop from 830 to 5pm. They were polite and respectful. They took care of my furniture when cleaning it to ensure the velvet wasn’t damaged. Would 100% recommend.

Mike was great. He kept us informed throughout the day and the results of the deep clean were better than I had hoped for. Will definitely use and recommend this service again.

Very straightforward booking of the end of tenancy cleaning. Two workers came and did the whole thing to a high standard, including the garage, within just 3 hours. Great service, and very convenient.

I provided a high score due to Sarai's professional, warm nature. She was efficient, hard-working and did everything with a smile. My home, smelt of lemons and I was pleasantly impressed by her work. She arrived early, and was accommodating. Her services will be used again;as I want to ensure my place remains in tact, clean and smells good. I am so glad she was assigned to provide services for my home, I have told so many family, friends, colleagues etc about her good work. She did everything with a smile and gave me reassurance; checking if I was okay due to my health, she went above and beyond her duty. Thank you Hello Services-110%!!!!

Once the cleaners had finished, they wanted to immediately leave. I barely have time to check their jobs and they are already waiting at the door - can’t wait to leave. The window frames are not properly cleaned and I asked for a re-wipe. But the re-wipe were not thorough. I had to clean them because they could not wait to leave afterwards.

They were professional, easy and helpful to work with. They advised me on the work required and the estimated time to complete it. They even managed to do a very tough oil stain from kitchen cabinet tops. This was impossible for me to clean. Would be happy to recommend them anytime.

General performance was good but it seemed that there were some minor parts overlooked. For instance, the standing shower cabin had been cleaned thoroughly but the inside of the shower drain cover was uncleaned or there were still stains on the upper part of the mircowave oven's compartment.

I called Hello Services Ltd first, before calling sixteen other companies trying to get a cost-effective (good value for money) cleaning service. Not every cleaning service provided the after builders deep cleaning service requirement that I needed. In fact five or six of the cleaning companies I called recommended Hello Services Ltd. My husband was extremely impressed with the cleaning service provided with the service being of a paramount standard and without any hiccups in last-minutes changes, prompt refunding, and no jargons attached.

Plenty of communication, arrived on time and the standard of cleaning was excellent.

3 lovely friendly hard working people attended and did a really good deal clean. Arrived on time with all of their equipment and left the house including v dirty oven nice and clean.

very friendly team who strive to do a good job, but partially let down by communication from head office, I stressed the carpets needed a deep clean, but arrived without one and had to return the following day to do it, it needed it and the whole place feels clean now

Your staff were polite, courteous and open. They were able work independently and performed efficiently providing a great service. My only minor quibble was the cost for the time taken to clean the residence otherwise an excellent experience.

Really great clean, just had to do a last min change to plans as the start time was asked ot be changed less then 24 hours before the appointment by the cleaning team. I understand it was due to unforeseen circumstances (car accident) but still a bit of a scramble.

Great clean throughout, there was just one shelf that was missed but we didn't spot that till much later in the day. Otherwise it was lovely to come in to a nice clean house 🥰

I never very rarely give 10/10. They were early and very quick. The bathroom and kitchen was looking great. Steam cleaned carpets and washed down woodwork etc and hoovered all over. Pleased with the result.

The service provided was wonderful. The only scare that we were given was last minute cancellation. However when we told the operator Michael that we need to do the cleaning asap he was helpful and found us a new team within hours.

The flat needed a Deep Clean which I made clear on the enquiry form and also sent a video ,the flat actually got a good clean maybe I could go as far as a very good clean . But this morning I had a call from a neighbor informing me all the lights where on in the flat luckily I was going to meet a decorator at the Property but the lights in the hall and lounge had been left on all night.

Punctuality for appointment-10 Friendliness of staff - 10 Quality of work - 8 Tops of kitchen cupboards greasy and not attended to; Inside door frame of lounge door overlooked; Tiled surfaces clean but, residue still evident; One female cleaner not English speaking, so difficult to communicate when requested to redo part of the tiled wall in the bathroom. Overall, I am content with the service rendered but, just wanted to provide honest feedback to your company.

The cleaner who attended was very polite, however he was not made aware fully of the services I paid for. For example I had a deep carpet clean and same for the stairs. He didn't know, so I had to show him on my booking. He did do it, but really should have known exactly what the service was. Felt like he was sent to do a job but not armed with the full information. The cleaning was to a good level, however I think price was a little on the high side.

The cleaning was great. I would have appreciated more flexibility around changing services in the original quote after it had been approved. If the cleaning had not been so urgent I may have gone with another company. The changes were within the cancellation period so didn't seem logical.
