Ismail and Ali were great. My father (92) moved house a week ago. The house was left in a disgusting state by the previous occupant and needed a thorough clean. Ismail and Ali arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficient and kind and patient with my father. They did a fantastic job especially on the carpets. They also completed the job in less time than I had expected.all in all a harass free experience. I would highly recommend them.

Saya and her team were great. The best customer service. Cleaning was higher than 5 star. They went out of their way to make sure my end of tenancy clean was more than what I expected.

I've really struggled to get on top of cleaning and finally decided I needed some help to get my flat nice and clean. Saya and Hana were brilliant and left my flat feeling really lovely and dust and dirt free. Would definitely recommend!

I am more than impressed with the deep clean move-in service I recieved from Bobby and team. They arrived early, worked so hard all day, did a really thorough clean and exceeded my expectations, which made our moving in experience even better! Bobby and co. We're so friendly and proud of the work they were doing. I have recommended Hello Serivces & Bobby to friends and family already. If you are hesitating like I was, look no further! These guys are the real deal! Hello Services were the first to respond to my many enquiries sent out, they had last minute weekend availability, quote was in line with other quotes I had received, all products and equipment were provided, and the rest of the service consistently followed. 11/10! Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

Super impressed. Booked an end of tenancy clean, and could not be happier with the results. I think its cleaner than when I moved in. Every nook was cleaned, cupboards spotless and they removed all the stains in the carpet too. The smell that was left was so fresh. Would really recommend.

After a long bout of ill health, I had fallen behind on my cleaning and was embarrassed about it. I made a booking a few days ago, and Saya arrived today and did an amazing job. Everywhere now looks great, better than I had hoped! Saya was lovely and kind, and very understanding of my current limitations. Had Sister & Sister cleaning services to deep clean the house in Bridgend and they were superb! Friendly and hardworking, real attention to detail. My oven and hob are spotless and the bathroom looks as fresh as it did when it was first installed! I can't recommend this company highly enough, so pleased. Thank you.

We recently booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello Services. The booking process was very simple and Saleem from customer services was friendly, efficient and responsive. The cleaning service was of a very high standard and the two members of cleaning staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this cleaning services company.

Saya was very kind, a great communicator & it was evident that she had taken her time to clean my apartment. In addition, I had asked her to wash the dishes as well, which wasn’t something she had to agree to (according to the company), yet she did it anyway which meant a lot to me. Furthermore, she was on time which is always great!

Second time I used them. First time they were great. Second time, the things they cleaned were great but some things were omitted. After bringing this to their attention, they were quick to arrange a re-clean which was done amazingly well. So even if things don't work out, they rectify the issues. Will use them again.

We had an end of tenancy cleaning from Hello Services for our flat. Team Yamba did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They took slightly longer than anticipated but I would much rather they took however long they needed and do a great job, and a great job they did! Everywhere is spotless. I was incredibly impress with how clean the oven was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

The cleaning team arrived on time, provided a careful explanation of the cleaning that they would undertake and then performed the work to the highest standard. In particular, I was very impressed with the work they did to remove stains in the bathroom and the attention to details in other rooms, cleaning skirting boards, door handles and light switches. Everything looked great at the end and I will certainly use Hello Service again in the future.

Zaher was professional at his job, but can sometimes be forgetful. As a result, Hello Services arranged a second visit to make up for the disappointment. Now, my oven is shiny and my washing machine is fresh. Not a bad service imo.

Had deep cleaning scheduled for my 2 bedroom apartment. Professionally cleaned every nook and corner . The carpet was cleaned very thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

The cleaning carried out by Hello Services for me last week was first rate and nothing was too much trouble. The operative (Christos) was very thorough and efficient ,cleaning areas I was unable to reach due to my disability . He was at all times courteous and considerate and the overall result was uniformly excellent. I would recommend Hello Services without hesitation.

I recently had an end of tenancy clean with Hello Services and I would highly recommended. The clean was extremely thorough right throughout my apartment and the oven clean was the best I’ve ever seen! Hello Services provides excellent jet washing service that completely transformed my driveway , highly recommended at this price .

I booked with the company for a deep clean the day before and they were quick to respond and explain the process, including a detailed breakdown of what I would like doing and the quote. Two cleaners arrived on the day of the clean, they arrived slightly after the arrival window specified but it didn't matter too much personally as I had arranged to be home during the clean. They more than made up for this with the care taken in their clean - they were able to remove built up limescale that I had tried and failed to remove with various products in our kitchen and shower - leaving it looking like new! Regrettably I did not remember to take before and after photos but nearly 2 weeks on the taps are still gleaming. I would not hesitate to recommend the service again and will certainly use it again myself if we ever move house and require a deep clean.

Best cleaning ever! Blagovest did an excellent job from start to finish. I had them focus on my kitchen and bathrooms, and the results were fantastic. My tile floors were scrubbed to perfection, and they even cleaned the grout!

Worth every penny I’ve tried a few different cleaning services, but this deep clean was by far the best I’ve ever had. They didn’t just do the surface-level stuff, they really got into every corner. The bathrooms, kitchen, even the inside of the oven were spotless. Plus, the team was so friendly and efficient.
