The team was nearly an hour late but they did call me to check they could still come which was good. They were very efficient and did a lovely job of my oven. I had other quotes and Hello Services were very expensive compared to other companies by £30 to £40.

The cleaners were very nice and did a very good job at cleaning the property.

The team was professional, mannerly and did a super great cleaning job! They were just great. However, there is a nick on the corner of the television screen that has rendered it useless. The tv must be super sensitive to be broken from this Nick. I’d be happy to send photos. Do you have insurance that can help us to replace this tv? Excellent service, would highly recommend. They were on time, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to clean the entire apartment, the windows, all surfaces, even the ceilings and every appliance and fixtures. You want a job done well, give it to these guys!

The two guys who did the job were excellent- (Ali & Ishmael) . The carpet cleaning was particularly successful . They were personable, polite , and very thorough. The problem with HELLO SERVICES was the shambles over the correct payment to pay the money. I.e. 2 days before the job was due to be done you gave me an account which was out of date. In these days of scams / fraud this is unsatisfactory.

The cleaning was excellent, thank you. There seemed to be some communication problems about who to contact in order to get into the flat. But I will definitely use the service again.

Your team was really friendly and very polite. We had a end of tenancy cleaning booked and they came well equipped. I have not seen the end result - we had to leave. But I do trust that they did a great job. The whole process of booking the cleaning was very easy - there was always someone answering the phone if I had question. Very happy customer here.

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late, the team did a great job. Landlord was very happy with the job too. The team were also very friendly.

The 2 cleaners that came were thorough & excellent & worked SO hard as job was due to have 4 cleaners… the other 2 didn’t arrive !!!
