Maria and her team were excellent - the house was given a thoroughly deep clean before moving in. I was impressed with how much they got done in such a short time and were very thorough.

I can’t expect more. Our one off deep clean is supper clean and looks fresh. The cleaners were patient and did their best to deliver the best.

I booked a one-off intensive clean of my house. I found everyone I dealt with throughout - both the office and cleaners - to be friendly and professional. The cleaners arrived promptly and immediately got to work. I needed to be elsewhere for much of the time but as promised I was kept informed of progress so that I could get back in time. What I found was a much refreshed house! I was shown round all areas and everything was sparkling,shiny and spotless. The cleaners also alerted me to a problem they had noticed with an external overflow pipe which had been gushing cascades of water for a spell. Fortunately this was a one off related to some just completed plumbing work. But I was very grateful to have been told about it. I was really impressed with the overall service I received and would be happy to use this company again.

I have booked a deep clean to my apartment as a good summer clean. Hello Services were very quick in providing me available dates and details about the service. The team was very professional and the apartment was sparkling after the cleaning. Amy and the team members were very polite and respectful of the property. All areas of the apartment were really well cleaned and I am very happy with the service provided.

Anna & Susanna were great. Came early on a Sunday and cleaned the house top to bottom. Professional and courteous service!

I had the wonderful Nicole and Marius who did a deep clean of my new home. They were absolutely fantastic and went over and above; every nook and cranny, secondary glazing that was filthy and they even cleared out the spiders from the porch for me! I will be using them again and can say in total confidence that they will leave your home sparkling - as well as being incredibly lovely people. Recommended.

Nicole and Marius were amazing! Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning everything top to bottom they were also super knowledgable and took the time to help me figure out the logistics of everything, as a girl moving by herself into a new home. They are lovely people and true professionals, couldn’t recommend them more!

Lovely team came to clean my home of 40 years who were amazing. A thorough clean was carried out with 3 lovely members fully equipped that I did not need to provide anything. This is my fifth time using their services for a one off deep clean, I have not been let down even when they had to provide a free re-clean at one of the visits. They are extremely friendly with easy approach. It is like I return to a brand new home each time when they attend even though I have had different teams sent sometimes surprisingly all have been very pleasant experiences for me and my husband. I have used other companies in the past but never close to how good this company really is. They are very wanting to please everybody and meet their requirements. I am very happy and will be returning very soon.

2 men turned up at the house who didn't look particularly clean and smart which I think doesn't reflect well on your company. Some kind of uniform would have been a better look. They cleaned the house to an acceptable standard although not sure I would call it a 'deep clean'. The one who appeared to be in charge was quite polite though and did let me know beforehand that they would be later than arranged due to traffic.

Anna and Zuzanna arrived promptly and worked their socks off for a little over 6 hours on a deep clean of my 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 reception house. This included a deep clean of my oven (which was a full day's job in itself in my opinion!), hob extractor, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the interior windows. Tiled floors and walls in the conservatory, kitchen, utility and bathrooms were all steamed within an inch of their lives and are now gleaming. They were both friendly and courteous, asking me to check their work as they went along, even pointing out potential issues along the way, and rectified one minor oversight immediately and without question. The clean was brilliant and I would definitely book these two again! Many thanks x

You stepped in during a difficult time and at short notice did a fab deep clean to a very challenging property. Very happy with the work you've done . So why 9 and not 20? I hired Nicole and Marios to do a deep clean and also clean my oven. I was really impressed with the service I received. They were thorough and professional. They cleaned to a high standard removing stains, grease and marks my home looks and feels fresh and clean. My oven also now looks brand new! I was very pleased with the deep clean of my kitchen. The ladies and gentleman were very polite, and worked very hard. They rang to say they were running a little latter than schedule and told me what time they would arrive. Which was appreciated. I definitely would use the service again. 9 scored only because I had booked for 9am. But the lady rang the night before to say they were double booked and would be there at 1pm and luckily it was ok as there was someone around all day.

We had arranged for a deep clean of our new property, carpets and sofas following a house move. Following a complicated completion date, we had to rearrange our service for the next day. Despite this, Ioana and her team were very kind and understanding, and helped me to rearrange the deep clean for the next day without fuss. Ioana and her team arrived promptly. Ioana and I had a chat upon her arrival where she asked if I had any particular areas in the property which I felt needed extra attention. She explained what will be happening and gave aftercare instructions for the carpet following it’s shampoo. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our new house a home. The property, carpets and sofas were spotless and the house smelt so fresh. Following the deep clean I was invited to inspect the property to ensure I was satisfied before the team left. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team for such excellent service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Simple to book and easy to use. the online service made it very easy to book, then arranging the actual deep clean was simple. I booked a deep clean, the team arrived on time as scheduled. The service from beginning to end was brilliant. The quote was emailed to me, I called up and got a deep clean booked in on the date I wanted. I also had an email and text reminder about the appointment. We moved into a house that was dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in years and smelled. Ana and her team did an excellent job. We had Ana and her team to deep clean our new house before we moved in. They did a fantastic job, very professional. Ana kept me well informed through the day of their progress and was very flexible working round our movers when the clean took longer than planned due to the previous owners leaving the house in a bit of a state. They stayed till the house was sparkling and completely surpassed my expectations.

We have just moved into what can only be described as a student house. Vlasta and her team came and spent five hours deep cleaning every inch of the property. They were fantastic in their attitude and their high expectations of what they wanted it to look like after. I was so impressed with them and it really was money well spent. My house need a good deep clean that I was in no mood to do myself. It was pricey but 100% worth it! My home feels as clean and new as it did when I moved in 4 years ago. I will be using this company again.
