Hello services carried out a brilliant end of tenancy clean for us. Booked a couple of days before, the timing was great. Arrived on time, with all the equipment required and completed the job to a high standard.

Sardar has been fantastic and has done a great job cleaning the washing machine.

I booked an after builders' clean for my new extension. The company was very professional, efficient and reliable. It was easy to communicate with them via email or telephone. They kept me updated every step of the way. Their cleaners were punctual, polite and respectful, and did an excellent cleaning job! I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend them.

I used Hello services after having flat renovated before moving in. Booking was easy and I needed to change the booking a couple of times as work had not finished. Jose was punctual, polite and friendly. He paid great attention to detail and persisted in getting some stains out of my carpets.Tge standard of cleaning was excellent and it was lovely to move all my furniture into a clean and fresh flat I would highly recommend and definitely use hello services and specifically Jose again

Sardar did an excellent job for my end of tenancy cleaning. Communication was great all round, he was friendly and informative, and has left the flat looking clean and tidy.

The company was responsive from the start and very easy to deal with. The actual clean was carried out by Mike and his team, based in the west country. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my elderly in laws flat and the place was left squeaky clean. They were courteous, friendly and thorough in their approach and if you are lucky enough to live in their area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. They had a very challenging clean of a very dirty property. It included carpet cleaning and curtain steaming. The outcome was that the property is now fit for habitation, it is clean, bathrooms are sparkling and kitchen including all appliances are like new. Thank you so much. I would recommend to anyone who needs their property cleaning professionally.

Excellent job, highly recommended. They cleaned our old carpets, kitchen and conservatory at the end of our tenancy. Conservatory was a difficult job with lots of cobwebs high up. Left the place looking like new.

Jose cleaned my Dad’s flat prior to resale and did a fantastic job! All the grease and grime has disappeared from the surfaces, the cupboards are spotless and the floors are cleaner than I have ever seen! Sardar and his colleague came to do an end of tenancy service after a clean was done by the tennant that was not sufficient. Sardar performed miracles in my kitchen and bathrooms / floors and it showed how much more work the previous team missed - I am very pleased. D would thoroughly recommend

I had a deep cleaning service done at my home on Sunday, and I am extremely impressed with the results. The team (two ladies and a man) did an excellent job cleaning the entire house, including the kitchen, kitchen hob, window blinds, bedroom wardrobes, and mirrors. They made sure there was no dirt or marks left behind, and the entire space looked spotless. Their cleaning was truly exceptional, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future!

Team Yamba arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They helped clean the house at the end of our tenancy. They were very patient. Since the house was a little big, they took extra care to clean every nook and corner. Team Yamba to the rescue ☺️

Ismael and Ali cleaned the kitchen of a house I had just bought. Before they started it was disgusting, but they got everything clean so I can use it. They were polite and friendly and worked very hard.

Very good services provided. Cleaned the hob free of cost as I forgot to add in the requirements. Very good cleaning of the washroom despite it being in a dire condition. Both operatives Ismail and Ali were very professional and did a good job.

Next day done on the super smooth booking platform! Comms quick, friendly cleaner, from a filthy kitchen tenancy-end to spick and span and sparkling in less than 90 mins! Please can you provide a way to tip the serviceperson after the visit?

Roaman, Carla + the team did a great job, very effective cleaning, worked at speed, explained everything they were doing and adaptable working around us working from home... and very sweet to my dog! I contacted Hello Services to clean the rental home I had lived in and was moving out of and I was really impressed by the overall job undertaken by the cleaners (Faraz & Manuela) who attended my property and would definately request them again as they were through and the property looked as good as new!

The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!

We are moving home and needed a deep clean to get ready for selling. Team Yamba were punctual, polite and did an absolutely amazing job. May have to get them back to do some cleaning in our new home!

I had a very nasty stain on my carpet, and Mike performed a miracle by removing it!

Overall, this service was great for cleaning a student flat! Team Yamba was kind and courteous and would defenitly hire them again. The reason for not 5 stars and the deep clean was not perfect- neglated to clean some areas of the kitchen and bathrrom.
