We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Sardar and his accomplice done the cleaning very patiently and neatly. They have been very organised.Happy and satisfied. Would recommend them 100%.

Booked these guys for a well needed deep clean and I’m extremely happy with my decision! I feel much more confident in my home and it is now easier to keep on top of! Will definitely be booking in for them a few times a year, thank you again to Ibrahim and the team !!! Pictures below are after but please keep in mind that it was a state after and most of it needs new sealant haha. For a normal house it’ll be top tier x

This is the second time I’ve used this service and it was excellent . They arrived on time and were very professional and the result was very pleasing as well. This carpet on the stairs has been there for 15 years and it looks new again .

Good communication from the service You know exactly what you are getting and the price On this occasion it went very wrong with cleaners not turning up and not informing me but I know that this doesn’t normally happen with this company

Cleaning service was great. Place was cleaned to the expected standard, they even did the outside windows too. Would have given 10 but attended 90 mins after the scheduled time, I do understand traffic happens though but communication re the delay could have been a little better.

The cleaning work was very good, it was just the information gathering prior to the work that's made me score an eight with regards to Health and safety data sheets etc.

Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom,bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked the skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

We had them out to clean carpets and furniture … arrived on time(actually early) explained what they were doing , wore shoe covers and brought in the equipment needed . The cleaner was honest and attentive. Cleaned up carefully prior to leaving Will certainly use them again

We booked Hello Services for an oven, dishwasher and washing machine clean. All 3 appliances were in a bad state. The booking was attended by Ismael and Ali who worked an absolute miracle. They arrived on time, zero fuss, and after an hour the 3 appliances are like brand new. I can’t recommend them enough, perfect service and easy 5 star review.

Sardar did a brilliant job completing my end of tenancy clean at my flat. Punctual, polite, thorough and walked through the property with me afterwards making sure I was happy with everything before they left (which I definitely was)! Easy process, and gave me one less thing to stress about when moving. 100% would use this service again.
