Hello services came to clean out our apartment that we vacated on Monday 2nd February 2026. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that the place was completely spotless and ready for the next resident. I’m really happy with their service and would very much recommend them. Their prices are also brilliant as well, very affordable, no hidden costs and more than fair and reasonable for the amazing service they provide. Rasaq + 1 cleaned my 2 bed property yesterday. They arrived with everything they could possibly need to carry out the job and worked efficiently until the job was completed. They listened to me regarding areas that needed a lot of attention and checked back with me to make sure I was happy with their work and took years of dirt and grime out of the carpets. The house now feels clean and fresh again. Thank you.

Omar and his helper came bang on time and made short work of the full house clean, the kitchen was spotless and they were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend, was very happy with the service and great value for money.

Back from hospital and sofa bound I first needed help in changing the battery of the beeping fire alarm. The pile of rubbish went out in a flash and the disorder in the kitchen and bathroom was organised by the two gentlemen, together with the hoovering and wiping of the floors in no time at all. A highly efficient and recommendable service all around.

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.

Had a great experience booking a cleaning through this company, their quoting process was easy to understand and the cleaners did a fantastic job. We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Booked these guys for a well needed deep clean and I’m extremely happy with my decision! I feel much more confident in my home and it is now easier to keep on top of! Will definitely be booking in for them a few times a year, thank you again to Ibrahim and the team !!!
