Great website that helped guide me on exactly what I needed. The cleaning team did an excellent job on a deep clean needed before I could put the house on the market. Good communications before, during and after.

We hired the team to do a deep clean of the house as a one off clean and was particularly impressed with the deep oven clean as well as the attention to detail with the cleaning of the tiles in the Kitchen and bathroom. All in all, the team were here for around 5 hours and did a really good job!

Adriana, Birmingham, was amazing! She was really lovely and thorough. Can't believe how spotless the house is now. Also, Hello Services were very easy to use, really customisable and great communication.

I really like how I can pick exactly which items needs to be cleaned when booking, and the website shows the price breakdown for each item. The team were a little late, but it was fair enough because the weather was very bad and they were very apologetic and easy to get in contact with, though I would have preferred if they had reached out to me when they knew there would be a delay. The work the did was fantastic. It was £230 for end of tenancy clean for two bed apartment, whereas another company quoted me £500! Was very pleased with the end result.

I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. I will definitely be booking regularly.

Adam and his team came round today to clean my oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The team provided a high quality service. All appliances were sparkling clean and now look like new! The team was very professional, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend their services. Good value - landlord happy! Didn't have to use the guarantee as the landlord didn't raise any issues. Found customer service helpful and responsive via email. Invoice was clear and easy to understand. Competitive price as well.

I booked on Friday for Sunday and was given an instant quote and cleaners were assigned as soon as I requested. The process was very smooth. I made very last minute changes which were accommodated very easily. Cleaners were great. They did a very good job.

We arranged a deep clean of the house. The overall experience has been excellent from obtaining the quote, booking the appointment through to getting the job done. The communications have been very good from Home Services . Our deep cleaning team was Briar and Rebwar. They let us know when they would arrive, they were very pleasant and polite, they checked the job requirements with us and then just started and we were able to leave them to it. Sardar did an absolutely fantastic job! He cleaned all of my appliances so thoroughly. He even paid attention to all the little details I usually miss. Hello Services were efficient at giving me my quote then revised it as quickly when I altered it. My cleaner, Sorein, arrived on the dot. He worked hard, did not waste time and did a very good job. Also I felt very comfortable having Sorein in my home. I have never had a deep clean before and at these prices I shall be having more from Hello Services
