INCREDIBLE. No other words. form the process of being quoted, confirmed and the job. Cosmina was on time, super communicative and I was blown away by the detail. My outdoor deck looked like a different place. I hired a deep cleaning for a new home and I will be working with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very happy with the standard of cleaning, would definitely recommend its very important to get a thorough clean done by professionals. We also get them to to do other bits here and there which is excellent! staff very friendly and trustworthy and Sadar is very pleasant and makes sure anything additional requested is done. Sardar did a fantastic job both with the clean and also communicating /managing expectations. I think it's easy get a bit worried about any company wanting upfront payment and so on, but ultimately if it's Sardar doing your work I believe you won't regret it :) Thank you!

Omar turned up on time, was very personable, and cracked straight on with the job, which was completed in what seemed to me to be no time at all. Carpets looked much better and 'improved' again when they were dry, in a couple of hours.

I just started working for this company a few months ago and I have to say in my whole 16yrs of being a Subcontractor I have yet to work for a company so enjoyable! Hellocleaners is by far one of the best companies I have worked for! They are patient kind and informative! If any situation arises about payment or job leads there is always a calm resolution with them! Never pushy or demanding always respectful and understanding! Denisse and Bogdan (Cambridge team) did a great job in a house that's quite difficult to clean. I would recommend them as they cleaned taking care of the items in the house and were very hard working.

Good clean at end of tenancy, hardworking

Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

Team that arrived were very friendly and we were able to make last minute changes they were very flexible. Cleaning was very good and carful consideration to all jobs. Excellent work.

Adriana and constantine came to my house for end of tenency clean of bathroom shower and oven. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Their work was to a very high standard, they arrived on time and communication from the booking to the end of the job was good. I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Amazing experience with this company. Booked the cleaning with 3 or 4 days notice. Easy to book, easy to select options about what needed to be cleaned. The team of 3 girls got there on time and what I thougth it would take, at least for me, 3 or 4h it was done in 1.5h. Checked the flat and it was spotless, checked the oven and it was like new, the bathroom like never used. Definitively would recommend it and use the service again. Thank you

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

Really pleased with the service I received at very little notice. I booked the appointment on 31/3 for a deep clean to take place the following afternoon. Adriana called me in the morning and asked if it would be ok for her to arrive earlier, which was even better. They arrived at new time agreed and I left as the property is not currently lived in. I received a call about 3 hours later to tell me that they were nearly finished so I went back and I could not believe the difference. For context the 2 bed flat was extremely dirty, I wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference that they have made. They worked so hard and I couldnt be happier with the results. I will be using again and recommending to others. Thank you!

Great communication, extremely reliable, fantastic price and an amazing cleaning services provided. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. The ladies waited and asked if I would like to take a look around before they left, to inspect their work. They paid so much attention to everything, they even cleaned the tracks on the inside of my blinds. I highly recommend 👌🏻

Efficient service and friendly staff. Quoting process was quick and easy, and was the best price I found locally. They subcontracted to a small local firm, who turned up promptly, worked incredibly hard, and managed to fit way more furniture in a Luton than I thought possible. They were creative in solving issues of things not fitting down the stairs and lowered them out the window with a strap. Really pleased with the service!
