Sardar and his colleague were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job by restoring my long neglected oven back to a great condition.

We needed cleaners prior to selling our late Dad's house. They were respectful of the condition of the house and made it look the best they possibly could. This included windows and a grimy oven. I would use them again.

After being stood up by another cleaning company on the previous day, I felt much better while giving a turn to Hello Services and saw they performed unexpectedly excellent. Team of two efficiently done the job within 2 hours but didn’t leave every inch uncleaned, whatever the dust from renovation or stubborn dirt left by previous occupier. Especially the mosaic wall, cupboard and oven of the kitchen, I can see the big difference. They really restored the cleanness and shine of the flat. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with this service. Halwest and MD were excellent. The flat looks brand new and they did an amazing job with the bathroom and kitchen. I was especially impressed at how they cleaned the oven and fridge freezer. Great guys, great job

Monica & her team are the best cleaners! The kitchen in the house we’ve bought was very grubby, particularly the electric ovens (yes, plural - there are 4 of them), gas hob & cupboards. The kitchen is sparkling now thanks to Monica & her team. We are delighted & can’t recommend them highly enough.

The cleaning team were fantastic, a very professional and thorough job undertaken and the oven (which was initially left in a horrific state by the previous owner) now looks like its brand new! Would definitely recommend Izabell and her team

After selling our house, we hired Hello Cleaning Services to clean our house prior to completion later that same day. Izabel and her team did an excellent job on cleaning the property including all kitchen units inside and out as well as the double oven range inside and out. The only thing I would say is that you need to specify the ovens as an additional item when requesting the quote online. If you don’t specify it at the time of quote, then it’s hardly surprising if it is not included on the day. Overall we had an excellent service. It was not without hiccups along the way, but as well as being an excellent cleaner and leader, Izabel was also an excellent problem solver and managed to get the best out of her team while at all times remaining customer focused throughout. She really cared about the quality of work being done. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yes…..without question. They got us out of a right old pickle.

Adrianna and Mariam arrived on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they did a great job. All rooms rooms upstairs hoovered and flooring downstairs mopped to a high level. Kitchen and bathroom cleaned thoroughly and windows and stair rails cleaned. The oven and kitchen cupboards look brand new and they even mopped behind the fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker. Very happy with the service.

The Incoming inventory was professionally carried out a couple of hours after the clean. The person undertaking it said that the clean was not perfect, mentioning specifically hairs under the plugs and some small pockets of dust. My son who inspected after the clean said he thought it looked OK but he will not have the beady eye of the professional. it may help if i quote verbatim from the inventory report:- "Professionally cleaned however some areas not fully such as some residual dust, hob in Kitchen, plugs in Bathroom and Shower Room" On the Admin side you score 10/10, so thank you -and the price is not unreasonable . I would recommend you to others, but you may wish to mention the Inventory report to your cleaners.

They arrived early full of enthusiasm and wanting to know our needs. Our house has never been cleaner. The windows are shining and the oven is pristine. I can’t thank them enough it and will def organise a clean again

Nicole and Marius did an amazing job cleaning our flat at the end of our tenancy. Stains that I never thought could come out of the carpet and the oven was sparkling clean, like it was new. Highly recommend and will use again! Thanks for a superb job!

Fantastic service! Communication was great, received an email reminder a day before and a call on the day. Loredana and her colleague were very friendly and worked really hard despite the heat today and went above and beyond to make the flat spotless. Safe to say the flat was even in a better state than when we moved in - fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, cooker hood, bath and sinks were deep cleaned and look like brand new! Very impressed with the service received, thank you! Would definitely recommend Hello Services!

I recently purchased a property which the previous occupants didn't leave in a very good state at all (food on the floors, an oven we'd pretty much written off, etc.) so was very keen to get it deep cleaned asap. Hello Services provided me with a quote in hours and I'd booked my service for the next working day. The clean was unbelievable! There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere in property! The oven is like brand new, you can't wipe the smile off my face!! It was so lovely to move into clean home! Can't recommend Hello Services enough! They were so quick and easy to communicate with and the cleaners are miracle workers!!

Excellent Service. My flat is like new again. I had my one bedroom flat deep cleaned. Two lovely men came and spent near three hours on the job! They went way beyond anything I expected and even cleaned my bedroom carpet! Their attention to detail was amazing! My bathroom is now sparkling and my oven is like new. I would definitely recommend and already have to my friends and family. I am also planning to use a fortnightly service from this company to make sure my home stays as perfect as it is now! Vlasta arrived early with her team and after a tour of the house, the team got to work. The house was left immaculate, super clean! All surfaces, cupboards, carpets and floors were pristine! The oven was shining as were all the oven inserts. Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge all perfect. The bathrooms and showers looked like brand new and not 13 years old! Windows left gleaming. Excellent service and would use again. Thank you!

I left the tenancy with a brilliant service and everything went smooth!! They even took great care of an oven that was really dirty and Is now back in pristine conditions.

Vlasta and her colleague were awesome, super friendly and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned my new home in 2 hours. The oven was cleaned very well. They are very accommodating and would use them again and recommend their services.

Although the cleaners were friendly, approachable and eager, they appeared rushed. They had spent 2 hours travelling to the destination and only two hours cleaning the house including the oven. This meant that after the initial check and on closer inspection, many of the skirting boards had not been dusted especially under radiators. Some radiators had cobwebs still hanging below. Dust also remained on doors where there were small ledges and behind curtains. The face of all kitchen cupboards had been wiped but the small ledges on the kitchen cupboards were still dirty.

The overall service was good but there were a few cobwebs, the kitchen sinks could have been bleached and the bathroom extractor fan was very dirty.

Two female cleaners came and did a thorough job of cleaning my mums house - however when the supervisor arrived they left and the kitchen wasn’t finished - the oven wasn’t cleaned - I text the supervisor and someone came on Monday and cleaned the inside oven only and didn’t clean the front glass so a bit disappointing with that - hence 8/10

Nicole and Marius were absolutely amazing! We’d just bought a rather dirty house - the oven was AWFUL!!! Then Nicole and Marius arrived and totally transformed the house. Their attention to detail was amazing and every cm was cleaned. We now have a fab clean home. Thank you so much.

We used hello services for a deep house clean, we had just purchased a new house and with a new baby on the way in 2 weeks, I needed a thorough clean. Gutted I can not remember the names man and woman who came, VERY thorough, did an amazing job, the house was genuinely left in such a disgusting state I could not bring my daughter round as I did not want her touching anything. They were here for hours scrubbing and I need to highlight how great the windows turned out as well as the oven. I paid to have my kit hen appliances cleaned and was a bit dubious, however did fantastic job and they even cleaned two horrendous looking trays in there which was not part of the quote. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will for sure be coming back for future jobs. Communication between hello services up to the day of the clean was great! Nothing to fault at all. Angela and another cleaner came to clean after my Mother moved into a new house and the previous owners left it in a state. The carpets and floors were left spotless and fridges, oven and hob were cleaned beautifully. They did a good job on the conservatory too. The quote and ordering process were very well organised and easy to complete.

Hello Services were booked to clean the hob grill and oven. They did a great job. Booking was easy. Fair and decent price, no hidden extras last minute. Money well spent. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Halwest and his team have just done a fantastic job for us. Although they were held up at another property they did lots of extras for us and even managed to get a stain out the carpet that other carpet cleaners had not managed. Booked a oven clean (Sheffield) and they did an amazing job. I had tried to clean my oven two days before and got that mad with it I was thinking about buying a new oven. They did an absolutely amazing job on it. It looks brand new. I didn’t get the cleaners name but I called him an oven Angel. Really impressed well done and saved me buying a new oven

The very best clean and most professional team I’ve ever had. Thorough, I mean they even took the door off the oven to get to the grim, the dryer hose was caked with lint and dust and they left it without a spec of grim. I can’t say enough good things, you will not be sorry if you use Hello Services!
