Hello services did an amazing job on my mother's house 5 stars she's elderly and had been poorly so had let the cleaning slide, hello services did an amazing deep clean which was so thorough the carpets that were steam cleaned looked branded new afterwards. we cannot praise this company highly enough and shall definitely recommended to people in the future and 100% shall hire for different services in the future .. Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did

The Cleaning Team did a brilliant job helping us with our spring cleaning. They handled both the house and deck, and everything was spotless by the end. We've just moved and I wanted the fridge freezer and oven professionally cleaned before I used them. I booked and paid online. On the day I had a call to say they were on their way and they did a great job. Much better than I could have done. I'm really happy. We're having some building work done and the house will need a deep clean. I will definitely use Hello Services when I'm ready to book that.

I had a deep cleaning service done at my home on Sunday, and I am extremely impressed with the results. The team (two ladies and a man) did an excellent job cleaning the entire house, including the kitchen, kitchen hob, window blinds, bedroom wardrobes, and mirrors. They made sure there was no dirt or marks left behind, and the entire space looked spotless. Their cleaning was truly exceptional, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future!

A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.

The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!

Really kind and friendly; asked if they could come early bc they finished job beforehand early which was a nice surprise; great job deep cleaning the couch - wow! And getting hard mildew off the shower door, bathroom counter, and kitchen tiles. I was so impressed with their cleaning work and they were so friendly throughout. They even asked if they could come back to try a different cleaning product on the rough mildew stain in the toilet - I really appreciate that.

We are moving home and needed a deep clean to get ready for selling. Team Yamba were punctual, polite and did an absolutely amazing job. May have to get them back to do some cleaning in our new home!

Jose tackled the deep cleaning of our carpets and left them looking brand new. He also took the time to check in with us afterward, making sure we were 100% happy with his work — a rare and appreciated touch!

Overall, this service was great for cleaning a student flat! Team Yamba was kind and courteous and would defenitly hire them again. The reason for not 5 stars and the deep clean was not perfect- neglated to clean some areas of the kitchen and bathrrom.

We booked a move in clean as the house we brought had been empty for 18 months, we wanted to give it a nice deep clean before moving in properly. Service from start to finish was exceptional! I was worried I wouldn't find anything so soon to xmas and over a weekend, but I did. Had Sister & Sister cleaning services to deep clean the house in Bridgend and they were superb! Friendly and hardworking, real attention to detail. My oven and hob are spotless and the bathroom looks as fresh as it did when it was first installed! I can't recommend this company highly enough, so pleased. Thank you.

Cobwebs still left after a deep clean. Some lower areas missed and fans in bathroom but cleaned evened though it stated this would be part of the service. Also I paid for 6 rooms to have the carpet cleaned. As our 5th bedroom has a divider our hallway carpet was not cleaned as he classed our 5th bedroom as 2 carpets. This was disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

Professional deep cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. The cleaners worked the whole day until they were satisfied that the house was as good as new. Impressed with the carpet cleaning as well. Would highly recommend.

I booked with the company for a deep clean the day before and they were quick to respond and explain the process, including a detailed breakdown of what I would like doing and the quote. Two cleaners arrived on the day of the clean, they arrived slightly after the arrival window specified but it didn't matter too much personally as I had arranged to be home during the clean. They more than made up for this with the care taken in their clean - they were able to remove built up limescale that I had tried and failed to remove with various products in our kitchen and shower - leaving it looking like new! Regrettably I did not remember to take before and after photos but nearly 2 weeks on the taps are still gleaming. I would not hesitate to recommend the service again and will certainly use it again myself if we ever move house and require a deep clean.

We booked only the day before and were able to secure a deep clean. Arrived a little later than the arrival window but they did not stop working while they were here and did a really great job at tackling some stubborn timescale we had not been able to get rid of with any of the products we had tried before. Shower, sink and toilet look brand new after their work! Very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them again - thank you for the professional service!

Worth every penny I’ve tried a few different cleaning services, but this deep clean was by far the best I’ve ever had. They didn’t just do the surface-level stuff, they really got into every corner. Exceeded expectations I hired them for a move-out deep clean, and they went above and beyond. They cleaned spots that had been overlooked for years, like behind appliances and in between tight spaces. made the whole moving process much less stressful!
