Hello Services customer reviews for cleaning

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late with little update or communication the team arrived and completed a great job. My landlord was there to inspect the property upon completion of the clean and was happy with the job done and couldn’t find any issues.

I am not well and now in a wheelchair. I have never used cleaning help before but cannot do what I used to do. Teodora and David were great.They came on time,were professional and worked so hard to really make me feel good about my home once more. I will definitely use again.Thankyou

The 2 cleaners that came were thorough & excellent & worked SO hard as job was due to have 4 cleaners… the other 2 didn’t arrive !!!

The cleaning was good and areas I specifically asked for were dealt with well. We had wanted some walls cleaned, but felt that hadn't really been offered on your drop down menu.

There was a breakdown in the morning which meant my cleaning would be delayed. I can’t remember his name but the man who came out to make sure the job got done did a brilliant job. It was apparent to me how much detail he took in the cleaning and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied by the service. I think he also took the bus both ways with all the supplies to make sure the job could get done that day like agreed. A big thank you to him for getting the job done to such a high standard.

The guys that came to my house for an end of tenancy clean worked non-stop from 830 to 5pm. They were polite and respectful. They took care of my furniture when cleaning it to ensure the velvet wasn’t damaged. Would 100% recommend.

Very easy to book the service, including oven and garage cleaning. Calendar-based booking, no waiting for callback with (lack of!) availability - easy to set up. The cleaning was done quickly, in just 3 hours, all looking great. Wish I had photos to show but I had already left the house and returned the keys, but rest assured our end of tenancy cleaning result was that it was spotless!

Very straightforward booking of the end of tenancy cleaning. Two workers came and did the whole thing to a high standard, including the garage, within just 3 hours. Great service, and very convenient.

The overall performance was good. The first impression after the cleaning was clean and shiny. However, it seemed that the cleaners had overlooked some minor parts. For instance, the kitchen fan extractor, fridge, oven, washing machine were thoroughly cleaned but the microwave oven left much to be desired. As there were still stains on the upper part of the oven's compartment. In addition, the bed rooms, toilets and bathrooms have been done very well but the inside of the bathroom drain covers were uncleaned. Hope the cleaners can work more comprehensively next time.

I provided a high score due to Sarai's professional, warm nature. She was efficient, hard-working and did everything with a smile. My home, smelt of lemons and I was pleasantly impressed by her work. She arrived early, and was accommodating. Her services will be used again;as I want to ensure my place remains in tact, clean and smells good. I am so glad she was assigned to provide services for my home, I have told so many family, friends, colleagues etc about her good work. She did everything with a smile and gave me reassurance; checking if I was okay due to my health, she went above and beyond her duty. Thank you Hello Services-110%!!!!

Once the cleaners had finished, they wanted to immediately leave. I barely have time to check their jobs and they are already waiting at the door - can’t wait to leave. The window frames are not properly cleaned and I asked for a re-wipe. But the re-wipe were not thorough. I had to clean them because they could not wait to leave afterwards.

They were professional, easy and helpful to work with. They advised me on the work required and the estimated time to complete it. They even managed to do a very tough oil stain from kitchen cabinet tops. This was impossible for me to clean. Would be happy to recommend them anytime.

Fazal and Shafeeq did an amazing job doing an end of tenancy cleaning in my flat. They were extremely efficient and accommodating.

General performance was good but it seemed that there were some minor parts overlooked. For instance, the standing shower cabin had been cleaned thoroughly but the inside of the shower drain cover was uncleaned or there were still stains on the upper part of the mircowave oven's compartment.

I had requested for a long list of cleaning services as part of a deep clean for the entire home. The day before I was told that there was no team available but Michael pushed to find a team for me. I called Hello Services Ltd first, before calling sixteen other companies trying to get a cost-effective (good value for money) cleaning service. Not every cleaning service provided the after builders deep cleaning service requirement that I needed. In fact five or six of the cleaning companies I called recommended Hello Services Ltd. My husband was extremely impressed with the cleaning service provided with the service being of a paramount standard and without any hiccups in last-minutes changes, prompt refunding, and no jargons attached.

Saleem, Jerry, and Michael did an amazing job for my end of Tenancy Cleaning at my property in Edinburgh. They are arrived on time with a smile, and were very punctual. The three of them, did a meticulous job giving high attention to details, especially for appliances, and carpets. When cleaning was done, I addressed few minor missed corners, and they were very pleased to re-clean it. I highly recommend this company.
