The cleaning was excellent. During the booking they need to clarify the issue of the size of the windows and prices, to avoid surprises in the day of the cleaning. In any case, the place was left spotless.

You arrived on time as arranged and managed to clean accessible areas of the house, despite the conditions in the house, no hot water and a builder in the midst to allow me to come home for isolation from abroad. I appreciate being able to rely on your service.

The cleaners were punctual, professional and friendly. For a deep clean, I think the corners of the ceilings should be done to get rid of any cobwebs. My husband & I still found cobwebs and dead spiders in corners and in some of the cupboards (it's a new house). In addition, the external porch door frame should be wiped down considering it is glass. Overall the rest of the house was done nicely.

The cleaning was great but not the tech devices . Keep getting invoices to pay for the cleaning which I’ve already paid . The online tech services were slow unhelpful and at times rude .

Quite expensive, however, very flexible. The service provided was very good, although the dishwasher wasn't cleaned properly and i had to remind them to do the windows abd wipe down some surfaces. Overall excellent level of cleaning though and lovely, friendly service. Also, was promised a cleaning certificate i can send to the landlords and have yet to receive this. Really great clean with Nicole and Marius, they were very thorough for our post renovation deep clean. The communication before and during the clean was also really good.

For the most part absolutely 5star service. Cleaners arrived 25-30mins late and didn’t let me know they were stuck in traffic. Created unnecessary stress on my handover day.

The cleaners who arrived were good but the issues with cleaners not turning up on Friday was a big inconvenience.
