I was very impressed by the thorough job done by Joel and his female partner. Particularly pleased to see how well cleaned were the banisters, the cupboards, all doors, all door handles and the oven.

Excellent clean by Dara and colleague. Oven and windows sparkling, bathroom grouting and tiles cleared of any limescale, tricky areas (under beds and behind furniture) dusted and cleaned. Great job!

I requested Hello Services to clean a large range stove/hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. They were able to come and clean everything within 24 hours and meant that we could move into our new rental with freshly cleaned appliances. So grateful for the team to be able to come at short notice for very reasonable price and they were all very lovely and friendly on top. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

The team was nearly an hour late but they did call me to check they could still come which was good. They were very efficient and did a lovely job of my oven. I had other quotes and Hello Services were very expensive compared to other companies by £30 to £40.

Lovely team who sorted out our large oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher with a day's notice. Can't thank them enough and really reasonable prices.

The overall performance was good. The first impression after the cleaning was clean and shiny. However, it seemed that the cleaners had overlooked some minor parts. For instance, the kitchen fan extractor, fridge, oven, washing machine were thoroughly cleaned but the microwave oven left much to be desired. As there were still stains on the upper part of the oven's compartment. In addition, the bed rooms, toilets and bathrooms have been done very well but the inside of the bathroom drain covers were uncleaned. Hope the cleaners can work more comprehensively next time.

General performance was good but it seemed that there were some minor parts overlooked. For instance, the standing shower cabin had been cleaned thoroughly but the inside of the shower drain cover was uncleaned or there were still stains on the upper part of the mircowave oven's compartment.

3 lovely friendly hard working people attended and did a really good deal clean. Arrived on time with all of their equipment and left the house including v dirty oven nice and clean.

Mike and company were amazing! The oven went from grimy to shiny and Mike got rid of the mistery stains on the carpet from the previous owners! Great job overall and great customer service as well.

Dara and his team of three young ladies cleaned our tired 2 bedroom flat today. A wonderful result! They transformed it - every surface is spotless, oven looks like new, kitchen and shower room are immaculate. And Dara was so friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. He and his team went the extra mile and worked so hard in very hot and humid weather. Such pride in their work. Highly recommended!

Very easy to book. Picked my own time slot. Arrived 10 minutes early and just cracked on with the job (double oven clean). Very impressed with the result oven looked brand new, would definitely recommend.

I would recommend the cleaners as they were very good in what was a filthy house. The oven was especially dirt, .It was cleaned and now looks brand new.

The work completed was immaculate. They really worked hard to be fair to clean the cookers and hob. Only sight comment is the scrubbed off the little pictures showing which gas cooker ring you are lighting, so they look work off now. Cannot fault them otherwise.

Very good service, came on New year's Eve and cleaned my glass on my cubicle that had dirt grounded into the glass. I could not clean the glass with anything but they managed to get it looking like new by scraping the glass. They worked really hard and cleaned my oven and fridge and did a great job. Highly recommended

Missed a few bits where furniture was moved to clean. then moved back but missed where the furniture had been moved , if that makes sense ? An excellent service. There was clear correspondence before the quote was given , always with a quick response. The team worked incredibly hard and we were astonished at the results achieved in one day. They communicated clearly, checked the plan at the start and kept us informed. They divided the work effectively and we did not see them stop until the work was finished, with no complaint. The more experienced person supported the others and took on the oven and bathroom himself and he was knowledgeable about cleaning products and processes for different areas and surfaces, including some challenging carpet cleaning. He asked us to check each area before moving on. The whole team were very sensitive to the family's needs and protected spaces for my elderly mother to rest. The house was left sparkling clean with bright, springy carpets, everything washed and dusted and all limescale removed. We were delighted with the work, it is very good value and compares favourably with another company we used previously.

We got sent the best crew we could get! Dara and his team were really professional, very thorough and they didn’t stop until the job was done to perfection! That oven that our evicted tenant left… I thought I had to buy a new one. The sofa smells like flowers now… too many things to share but they are all positive. The cleaner was really efficient and honest with his work. As it was pouring with rain the outside windows could not be cleaned and so he cleaned the gas hob and chimney instead. A great service.

I recently used Hello Services to have my late mother’s house deep cleaned. Hello Services sent a husband and wife team, they were absolutely delightful, worked so hard and did a fantastic job leaving the house so clean and fresh - the oven was sparkling clean! I would definitely use Hello Services again.

Had oven, hob, and extractor fan cleaned which were very dirty! By the time they had finished it looked like I had brand new appliances. Very courteous and professional, they were running slightly late, however, they called to let me know. They even cleaned my sink and taps leaving them sparkling ✨ I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Great service that was really easy to get a quote for & book. Stayed 6 hours to clean up our new home. Included steam cleaning carpets & sofas, oven clean, and general whole house clean. Would highly recommend.

Smit and Meghe were the cleaners assigned to us, and they were absolutely incredible. We ordered a deep kitchen clean, and they worked some serious magic on our hob, oven, freezer and extractor hood. The dishwasher is gleaming, and we could not be happier with the results. We very much hope to see Smit and Meghe again!
