Friendly service and great job, my oven looks new again!

Cleaners were amazing! Give my thanks to Dakka, Abu and the 3rd chap (sorry I can't recall his name). They were friendly and very efficient. House was absolutely spotless and looks brand new compared to before. Please give them my thanks

the people were excellent, you could tell that they really cared about completing the cleaning too the highest level. I could not be happier.

A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the kitchen of a house I had just bought. Before they started it was disgusting, but they got everything clean so I can use it. They were polite and friendly and worked very hard.

Very good services provided. Cleaned the hob free of cost as I forgot to add in the requirements. Very good cleaning of the washroom despite it being in a dire condition. Both operatives Ismail and Ali were very professional and did a good job.

Next day done on the super smooth booking platform! Comms quick, friendly cleaner, from a filthy kitchen tenancy-end to spick and span and sparkling in less than 90 mins! Please can you provide a way to tip the serviceperson after the visit?

Some of the work done was excellent but Some not so well done. Bathroom blind still thick dust along bottom. Bedroom nightshade still very. Dusty. In toilet half the skirting board clean, the other have left dirty. I would have expected at least an apology for breaking a bedside lamp. I also, expect a refund for not doing the patio as I had paid for that.

The work was carried out with minimal fuss, on time, and I was very pleased with the result. The carpets look so much better and the whole house felt much cleaner and lighter.

Roaman, Carla + the team did a great job, very effective cleaning, worked at speed, explained everything they were doing and adaptable working around us working from home... and very sweet to my dog! They even got my filthy oven clean! Sam and Jerry at the office were also very helpful answering my enquiries. Thankyou!

The team was on time, friendly and effective. Part of the job was to clean the lounge carpet which I thought would be impossible. Of course it’s not like brand new but far better than it was. The oven looks great too. All in all great work.

The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!
