Great service, quick to quote and come out at the last minute. End of tenancy clean.

I booked Hello Services for a full house clean, and they sent 3 very professional gentlemen, who provided an outstanding service. I would highly recommend Ricardo and Hello Services.

I called to arrange an urgent next-day booking, and Michael from customer support managed to find me a slot immediately. He was very helpful, and the cleaning service itself was outstanding. Couldn't recommend enough.

Ismail and Ali were great. My father (92) moved house a week ago. The house was left in a disgusting state by the previous occupant and needed a thorough clean. Ismail and Ali arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficient and kind and patient with my father. They did a fantastic job especially on the carpets. They also completed the job in less time than I had expected.all in all a harass free experience. I would highly recommend them.

Saya and her team were great. The best customer service. Cleaning was higher than 5 star. They went out of their way to make sure my end of tenancy clean was more than what I expected.

Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

Super impressed. Booked an end of tenancy clean, and could not be happier with the results. I think its cleaner than when I moved in. Every nook was cleaned, cupboards spotless and they removed all the stains in the carpet too. The smell that was left was so fresh. Would really recommend.

We booked a move in clean as the house we brought had been empty for 18 months, we wanted to give it a nice deep clean before moving in properly. Service from start to finish was exceptional! I was worried I wouldn't find anything so soon to xmas and over a weekend, but I did. Bobby and his team were the highlight of my move in day, so polite, friendly, arriving early, working so hard all day, my house looks beautiful. The admin team were so responsive and speedy - really great communication to book/add on services. Then the cleaning duo Team Yamba were amazing! Arrived exactly on time, listened carefully to some of the complexities of the clean, and followed all instructions. Advised the best approach to cleaning the sofa given how filthy it was. Would definitely recommend and use again.

After a long bout of ill health, I had fallen behind on my cleaning and was embarrassed about it. I made a booking a few days ago, and Saya arrived today and did an amazing job. Everywhere now looks great, better than I had hoped! Saya was lovely and kind, and very understanding of my current limitations. I would recommend Hello Services. I needed to have my oven cleaned at short notice, and found Hello Services had availability for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaner allocated to us is called Robert. He did an outstanding job. The oven is about 10 years old, in fairly good condition, but had not been professionally cleaned before. Robert worked very hard, and did his very best. He was realistic, and said that because the oven is older he could not guarantee how it would look, but he need not have worried because the results are very good.

Had Sister & Sister cleaning services to deep clean the house in Bridgend and they were superb! Friendly and hardworking, real attention to detail. My oven and hob are spotless and the bathroom looks as fresh as it did when it was first installed! I can't recommend this company highly enough, so pleased. Thank you.

We recently booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello Services. The booking process was very simple and Saleem from customer services was friendly, efficient and responsive. The cleaning service was of a very high standard and the two members of cleaning staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this cleaning services company.

Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very kind, quick, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, bathrooms, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. I almost didn't think the stove and dishwasher would be salvageable but they looked better than when we first moved in! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Compared to the other cleaners I've had, these guys were amazing.

Saya was very kind, a great communicator & it was evident that she had taken her time to clean my apartment. In addition, I had asked her to wash the dishes as well, which wasn’t something she had to agree to (according to the company), yet she did it anyway which meant a lot to me. Furthermore, she was on time which is always great!

Second time I used them. First time they were great. Second time, the things they cleaned were great but some things were omitted. After bringing this to their attention, they were quick to arrange a re-clean which was done amazingly well. So even if things don't work out, they rectify the issues. Will use them again.

We had an end of tenancy cleaning from Hello Services for our flat. Team Yamba did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They took slightly longer than anticipated but I would much rather they took however long they needed and do a great job, and a great job they did! Everywhere is spotless. I was incredibly impress with how clean the oven was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

The cleaning team arrived on time, provided a careful explanation of the cleaning that they would undertake and then performed the work to the highest standard. In particular, I was very impressed with the work they did to remove stains in the bathroom and the attention to details in other rooms, cleaning skirting boards, door handles and light switches. Everything looked great at the end and I will certainly use Hello Service again in the future.

Efficient, organised and left the house spotless

Professional deep cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. The cleaners worked the whole day until they were satisfied that the house was as good as new. Impressed with the carpet cleaning as well. Would highly recommend.

The cleaning carried out by Hello Services for me last week was first rate and nothing was too much trouble. The operative (Christos) was very thorough and efficient ,cleaning areas I was unable to reach due to my disability . He was at all times courteous and considerate and the overall result was uniformly excellent. I would recommend Hello Services without hesitation.
