The quality of the cleaning was superb and they were also very accommodating when we had to rush to move items out of other rooms whilst the cleaning was taking place due to being let down the previous day by a moving company.

The work completed was immaculate. They really worked hard to be fair to clean the cookers and hob. Only sight comment is the scrubbed off the little pictures showing which gas cooker ring you are lighting, so they look work off now. Cannot fault them otherwise.

Managed to book for between Christmas and New Year. Reasonable price - cleaners were courteous and did a good job. Turned up on time and worked well.

Very good service, came on New year's Eve and cleaned my glass on my cubicle that had dirt grounded into the glass. I could not clean the glass with anything but they managed to get it looking like new by scraping the glass. They worked really hard and cleaned my oven and fridge and did a great job. Highly recommended

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am putting my house up for sale and, with 4 dogs, and 2 teenagers it needed a very deep clean!! The team arrived on time and worked so hard all day, they were very polite and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned throughout to an incredible standard and left my house absolutely spotless. My windows and skirting boards were particularly awful and they now look gleaming. Thank you so much for all of your efforts - you went way above and beyond.

Firstly they were 2 hours late! Which made them later to finish & was in dark with lights on. They refused to start cleaning carpets until I paid extra, as they said i had quantity of 2 extra carpets,the stairs & landing - which I had already asked for on original quote.. (why wasn't this quoted for to start??) When started, they worked very hard, if a little rushed! the house is much better, seems clean enough & certainly smells better, no dust, wooden floors very clean, so am happy with job. Carpets still wet this morning, think it will take few days to dry. Overall an ok job

Missed a few bits where furniture was moved to clean. then moved back but missed where the furniture had been moved , if that makes sense ? But this is really no biggie, but it is why I cannot give my top score 9. Will use again. Thank you

The couple who came to clean our home after some building work have done a fantastic job - all traces of builders dirt and dust gone and we have our lovely clean home back again.

because they were very good the only thing i would say when they do a complete cleaning job it might be a good idea to include dusting of shelves with ornaments as a optional extra

Mustafa did a great job cleaning the property, spent a lot of time and effort on it. I'd have appreciated some more communication from Hello Services in the morning as they were 2.5hrs later than anticipated (due to a car breakdown, not their fault, but a heads up would have been helpful).

The service was thorough and professional throughout, the communications clear and polite. The cleaners on the day arrived on time and worked quickly through the whole house and left an excellent result. Only minor reservation with the payment method in cash on the day, otherwise absolutely fantastic.

The people who arrived were lovely & my house is so clean BUT they were 1 hour 15 mins late for a clean that took over 4 hours, the gentleman said they should have been a morning booking, & because they cleaned our sofa & mattress we then couldn’t sit on it when they did leave or sleep comfortably in our bed. Apart from that aspect I’m very pleased

I did not get to meet the Hello Team yesterday as something came up that I had to attend to … the barn was such a transformation .. no gritty cement and dust , windows gleaming too .. thank you so much … you have saved me a huge job that I just could not manage to do … Top Job would highly recommended !!!

Oven as good as new

The two ladies who came to perform an end of tenancy clean were professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. They did an amazing job and left the house beautifully clean and smelling delightfully! Thank you very much

On time, cleaners were courteous and respectful of my property. They cleaned my very dirty oven to a high standard and dis a good job on my extractor fan too

Cleaning Team were fantastic! Very efficient, thorough and keen to please. If it wasn’t for such poor customer service, I would have highly recommended them. Unfortunately I won’t use them again.

Immaculate job done by Nihad and his team of 3. They worked so hard the whole time they were in my house. I was absolutely delighted with the results of my deep clean in an occupied house.

The house was left spotless. They were kind, polite and quiet given I was in meetings all day. I would 100% have them back to clean again. I say that, this is the second time I have used this service and have not been disappointed.

Cleaning was thorough, both attendees were professional and friendly and the house is considerably cleaner across the entire house including dusting skirting boards and inside all cupboards. The only reason I can't give 10 is due to a couple of ceiling cobwebs being missed but it is a very small picky thing so won't stop my hiring Hello Servies again.

The whole process of getting a quote and booking was easy and Anoushka was very helpful, patiently answering all my questions. Hannah and Charlotte did an amazing cleaning job on the day! They were friendly and efficient.

Good cleaning and good price but cleaners were really late arriving. They messaged and called but I have twin newborns and it is tricky to manage times around feeding.

Flawless perfect cleaning.

An excellent service. There was clear correspondence before the quote was given , always with a quick response. The team worked incredibly hard and we were astonished at the results achieved in one day. They communicated clearly, checked the plan at the start and kept us informed. They divided the work effectively and we did not see them stop until the work was finished, with no complaint. The more experienced person supported the others and took on the oven and bathroom himself and he was knowledgeable about cleaning products and processes for different areas and surfaces, including some challenging carpet cleaning. He asked us to check each area before moving on. The whole team were very sensitive to the family's needs and protected spaces for my elderly mother to rest. The house was left sparkling clean with bright, springy carpets, everything washed and dusted and all limescale removed. We were delighted with the work, it is very good value and compares favourably with another company we used previously.

Friendly, efficient and reliable. Particularly good clean on the filthy oven of our new home.

Lovely ladies who came to clean and worked hard all morning with good results. One criticism - carpets and curtains were left very wet and were still not dry 24 hours later despite heating turned right up. On the whole, would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
