Rob was super friendly, enthusiastic and hard working. Rob came out last minute on a Sunday to clean my new home as I didn’t know where to start, it was that filthy. He had the house sparkling in no time. Deep cleaned the carpets, the floors, kitchen. It looked and felt great. I would highly recommend this company 10/10

Removed shoes so no dirt got on my carpet. Machine was carried out again so so dirt on my carpet. Excellent job.

Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they will get the job to an excellent/high standard. My house is gleaming and for the first time since moving in a few days ago, I am loving the house Thank you so much Hello Services Ltd

I am not at my house any more due to chronic ill health but a neighbour called me to say it looked- and smelt ! - amazing. However your staff left the upstairs windows fully open and she is not able to climb the stairs so I had several stressful phone calls last night to find someone able to go in. I think a more careful final check is needed.

Chris and his colleague were excellent. Very thorough and great attention to detail. The left the house spotless. There were even areas that I thought were too soiled, but they managed to clean these.

The cleaning was done to a very good standard by Loqman and his team, who were hardworking and kind. They were very thorough and I would definitely use their services again. Initially I was apprehensive about payment upfront, but not anymore. The outcome was great

Excellent end of tenancy clean done on my flat, we are really happy with the results.

I was truly satisfied with cleaning performed. Very professional with giving recommendations. Finished the job in 3.5hrs. I didn't have the cabinet emptied otherwise, they would have cleaning all empty cupboards as well.

I have high standards and the team met them all with their efficiency, professionalism, and conduct. Needless to say the place is spotless, and we could notice a huge difference – every surface, draw and floor was completely cleaned (unfurnished apartment ready to move in). The price was reasonable too so the only reason my rating is a 9, not a 10, is because Hello Services also work with contractors so, whilst it is a great indicator, you may not have the same experience as I did.

I used Hello Services Ltd for an end of Tenancy clean this weekend. The booking process was quick and easy via email. The Cleaners attended on time and did an excellent job including making sure the whole house looked as good as new. I was very satisfied with the service provided, would use again and can highly recommend as a reliable and professional company.

Good service, efficient service. Disappointed that the cleaning if the cooker did not include cleaning of the hob plate. Would have thought the job would have been included since it was a total end of tenancy clean. Apart from that the cleaning was good.

Great service. Lovely 3 people who came and did a great job. Carpets steam cleaned. Oven and appliances cleaned up professionally and when we came in that professional clean look. Very happy. Price was good and competitive.

3 cleaners turned up and took just over 4 hours to clean a 5 year end of tenancy 3 bed property with carpets and oven done. They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the results. Only criticism is that the oven hob pan support stands were still quite greasy/dirty, otherwise I would have given 10/10.

Cleaners (Smile & Ali) were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Cleaning could have been more thorough as a few bits were missed eg. tops of picture frames, heated towel rail in bathroom dusty, splatters on walls not cleaned off & carpet under bed not vacuumed - but they willingly corrected these when they were pointed out.

I would certainly recommend your service to a friend if asked - I waa very satisfied with my own clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen which were perfect. My only minor problem was that things were not put back in their places, but that was nothing to do with the actual clean. All in all it was a good experience and I would certainly use again if I needed to.

Well designed website with clear comprehensive description of services provided + easy to confirm geographical coverage + plenty of info [Trustpilot, head office address, contact details] to check everything bona fide. 2. Phone call to book answered quickly [on 4th ring] by very helpful, positive agent. Easy to book from then on in. 3. Excellent email communications from confirmation of booking to reminder of appointment night before + on the day 4. Your cleaners arrived bang on the appointment time - were very pleasant + helpful, did an excellent job + cleaned up afterwards so place was spotless. What more could one ask for? SUGGESTION: Accepting you require payment in advance - sadly very understandable in these times - many people would find it a lot easier to pay either by phone or to a facility on your website rather than (a) make a separate trip to the bank ether to withdraw cash or effect a Bank Transfer. The trip is time consuming + costly + not always convenient. Also as I opted for the Bank Transfer method, I had to accept the cleaner who came taking a photograph of the receipt containing my name - bank account number - sort code - bank + branch details. Not everyone is happy handing out that kind of detail to complete strangers, however delightful. Otherwise I wish you every success with your wonderful business. Given the endless difficulties we face in the UK today in locating quality reliable tradespeople who turn up, do the work, and charge reasonable sums, yours is a brilliant facility which I am certain my wife and I will use many times again. Efficient booking and saves time locating local cleaners. The flat was very dusty due to plastering works. Will use you again for one off cleans etc

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.
