I was really pleased with the timeliness of the service and the quality of the cleaning that was carried out. Would recommend this service to anyone!

The 2 men were only here for approximately 50 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning. I really thought some stains were there for ever, but it looks great now and I don’t need to buy a new one. The windows all round are sparkling. Zack was very helpful and explained what had been done. I would use them again. Thank you

Jose and his helper, were very professional, did a excellent job cleaning a very tough job, property had been rented out for 10 years to a lady . this then followed a break in by some undesirables who trashed the property. Jose restored the property for me.thank you very much.

Sardar and Shahid did superb work for an end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom rental apartment. Initially, there was an issue with cleaning being declined, and had to wait 30 minutes for it to get resolved. However, the job done by them in 2 hours was exceptional. Would definitely recommend Sardar and Shahid! They make a great team.

Nav and Rohit worked wonders and we now have a clean fresh smelling house.. special mention to the balcony cleaning

The service was excellent. Zack and his transfer teammate were knowledgeable, they knew what to clean, how to clean. They had all the equipments, they were on time. And the cleaning was very much satisfactory. And this service is not that expensive either. I would recommend this.

Reschedule and turned up an hour late. Other than that the quality of work was excellent. The cleaners were pleasant and friendly. Would definitely use their services again.

Beginning conflict of original appointment but resolved but stressful as husband coming home from hospital. Issue with clearing rug a shear mistake and none issue because carpet has to be replaced. Great team. Excellent service and will book again. With thanks.

Very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and reworking quote. Appreciated being able to have my booking confirmed at very short notice as my father in law was due to return home from hospital rather than going to a care home. Frances was great at communicating on the day and checked what was needed. She and her colleague worked solidly to get the work done and discussed options with me on curtain cleaning and made sure I knew what best options were. They brought all the equipment, removed all rubbish from the house, put back furnishings left the house looking amazing and smelling fresh. Both worked efficiently and cheerfully the whole time. Happy to book again.

We were moving homes abd everything of moving that could go wrong did go wrong. The cleaners that came were friendly, helpful, understanding and performed miraces on the property we were vacating. The team did a great job and were thorough and efficient. I have closley considered whether to raise this rather sensitive issue but on balance thought as a business you would like to know. With the exception of the team leader, the other 3 cleaners had strong body odour (which i realise will be partly down to the physical nature of the job however I felt the strength of the odour was more than this and quite unpleasant) Secondly (and again not a major issue) when offered and accepting drinks and snacks (whilst i realise their English was not good which is fine) they should be taught simple words like thank you. Our re-clean of the house was brilliant and Mohammed is an excellent worker.

Quick to arrange a time to do the cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes you need to tell them they miss some not so obvious places like the corners. In general I am happy with their service.

The entire house was deep cleaned and this was an enormous task, to a high standard. The living room carpet was deep cleaned. You did say not all stains would be removed but this is why the score is 9 not 10.

A great end-of-tenancy job. The guys arrived exactly on time and obviously worked hard. There are still areas that need attention but the difference from before and after is super. I thought I’d asked for the sitting room blinds to be cleaned, which weren’t done, but maybe I wasn’t clear or misunderstood? Thank you anyway.

Over an hour was wasted prior to clean due to being unorganised as the cleaners was not aware. It was a deep clean and spent more time photographing my home to send to. Management to begin the work although the clean was done to a. Good standard on inspection multiple areas was not clean sufficiently eg Dusting and polishing Due to such a delay to begin with the Job. Seemed. Rushed and not completed too a good standard Staff was. Respectful Upon reflection I would use services again providing you can guarantee to do the job to the standard I am paying for

I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. My oven looks like new. The cleaner had communicated that she was going to be late but she worked hard and had a pleasant manner.
