Right from first contacting Hello Services Ltd, the management/admin team were excellent and importantly for us on this time all communications were quick and clear. I needed to add an oven clean to our quote and that was sorted immediately. On the morning of the clean I had to contact them urgently as the person opening up the house was held up by traffic. They communicated with both myself and their cleaning team so no one was disadvantaged, everyone’s spoke to was very polite and respectful and nothing seemed to be of any trouble. We knew the house was in the need of a deep clean/end of tenancy so that’s what we booked in, along with the oven clean. I don’t live in Liverpool so have had to rely on the person who held the keys: their report back to us on the clean is nothing short of exceptional. The team who carried out the clean have worked absolute miracles, everything looks infinitely cleaner but especially the bathroom (terrible limescale on bath shower and loo and general mould due to it being an inside bathroom, no window or effective vent and high humidity) and the oven due to too many sausages 🤣😉 Apparently the house not only looks amazing but it smells amazing too! I can highly recommend Hello Services Ltd as they obviously run a very efficient and competent business. All that’s left for us to say is thank you very much, you removed a lot of stress from our shoulders 🤩 The house
