Domestic prices are the total you pay; managing agents and landlords are invoiced plus VAT at 20%. Furniture moved off the patio or deck before cleaning and put back after, and clearing debris from drainage gaps between deck boards, are included. Where a bowser or extended hose run is needed for a flat with no outside tap, that's shown as its own line.
