No — roofs are soft-washed only. Pressure strips the protective granules off concrete tiles, voids most tile guarantees and forces water under the laps. A biocide applied at low pressure kills the moss and lichen and the roof clears over the following weeks.
Only at 60–80 bar with hand detailing and pH-neutral chemistry. Original encaustic tiles sit on lime bedding; a turbo nozzle lifts them and blows the pointing out. It is slower work, and we price it as such rather than pretending it is a driveway.
Yes, as a separate dry-day visit. Sealer applied to a damp surface traps moisture and blooms white, so we clean, let the surface dry to core — usually 48 hours — and come back. Impregnating sealer on stone, colour-restoring acrylic on imprinted concrete.
