When should the clean happen?
After the last trade, including snagging and any second-fix painting. Cleaning before those finish means paying twice, and we will say so rather than take the earlier booking.
Can you take the rubble and packaging away?
Yes, but as a clearance job under our upper-tier waste carrier licence with a transfer note issued to you. Construction waste is trade waste and Essex household tips do not accept it.
Why does it need more than one pass?
Fine plaster dust stays airborne for hours. Anything cleaned in the first pass is re-coated as it settles, so a single-visit clean looks right at handover and wrong the next morning.
Do you clean new windows and remove the labels?
Yes — protective film, labels, glue residue, paint specks and silicone smears on new glazing are part of the detail pass, inside and outside where the glass is safely reachable.
Will you damage new surfaces?
