That day I was moving out of my flat that I was renting to a new one, as I have lots of things in my mind, totally forgot the professional cleaners. As I was also crazy tired that day, I paid by mistake for 2 properties. Not only I was lucky enough to have my money back for second property that I added by mistake but they also did an insane job that day with the property I was leaving. “The Hello Clean team were communicative with me. They did shift the time from 9am to 4.30pm the day before but that suited me better. On the day 4 cleaners came at 3.30. They spread around the house and were very quick and efficient: 90 minutes later they were done. It would have taken me at least 12 hours on my own. They took me on a tour so I could check their work. It was all clean: my tenants had kept it in a good condition with no difficult cleaning needed. Carpets and sofa were still wet so difficult to judge the carpet cleaning. £270 was a good price versus competitors.”

They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order.
