End of Tenancy Cleaning in Chorley

“The Hello Clean team were communicative with me. They did shift the time from 9am to 4.30pm the day before but that suited me better. On the day 4 cleaners came at 3.30. They spread around the house and were very quick and efficient: 90 minutes later they were done. It would have taken me at least 12 hours on my own. They took me on a tour so I could check their work. It was all clean: my tenants had kept it in a good condition with no difficult cleaning needed. Carpets and sofa were still wet so difficult to judge the carpet cleaning. £270 was a good price versus competitors.”

They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.”

“Today I had my End of Tenancy cleaning and it's safe to say I left an absolute hellish apartment for the cleaners. I have a dog that sheds A LOT and had no hoover for the better part of 5 months now, so the carpet was in a horrific state (inbedded hair and an ink stain) Ludvik and his crew came around mid day and within a couple of hours my whole apartment looked brand new again. And as for the carpet, it looked fresh as anything! My apartment was the sort of place cleaners have nightmares about, but these guys were so professional and friendly and made the place new again. I can't recommend Ludvik and his crew enough!”
