How booking works

  1. Talk to us privately

Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.

  2. Agree the clean-up and quote

Agree retained items, sorting, cleaning, booked removals and reorganisation. Flag sharps, pests, contamination or unsafe access for separate assessment. Check the quote and exclusions; nothing is discarded without consent.

  3. A discreet, fully equipped team

We bring equipment and products for the agreed work, protect retained belongings, clean accessible surfaces and complete booked removals or reorganisation. Together we review the checklist and any specialist follow-up.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up

Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.

Reclaim usable rooms

Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.

Clearer access

Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.

Reach covered surfaces

Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.

Keep control

Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

“Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. I feel confident that if there were any issues both Loredana and Hello would have dealt with them professionally and promptly. Thank you 🙏”

“I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.”

Hoarder Cleaning in Minster-on-Sea: local guide

For a coastal bungalow or chalet bungalow, identify retained belongings in porches, sea-facing rooms and any conservatory before cluttered house cleaning. Check your address with Swale before relying on the council options below.

01

Keeping coastal entrance areas usable

Sand and salt in coastal porches and window frames deserve attention without turning the entrance into a storage area. For decluttering, choose a dry place for retained papers and fabrics. Tell hoarder cleaners which sea-facing rooms need attention, and whether a conservatory contains possessions that should remain undisturbed.

02

Planning separate waste routes

A hoarding clean-up may uncover mixed textiles, batteries and appliances. Swale’s waste guidance says clothes and batteries do not belong in blue bins and lists bulky collection. Confirm address coverage and item acceptance directly. Commercial removals need their own appropriate disposal arrangements, rather than presumed household recycling access.

03

Restoring access without pressure

In a bungalow, keep the route between sleeping areas and the exit clear of sorting boxes. Council support information highlights fire escape risks and describes Staying Put’s practical help. Enquire separately about support; discreet cleaning and home organisation are practical services, not counselling or a promise of council assistance.

Frequently asked questions

Should I mention my conservatory?

Please describe its contents and any areas to leave alone. Intensive cleaning should be planned around retained furniture, rather than treating the conservatory as overflow storage.

Can you focus on the porch?

Tell us whether belongings obstruct the entrance and where retained shoes or coats could go. Thorough cleaning can then address the agreed accessible surfaces.

Is Swale coverage confirmed for my address?

The supplied council text refers to Sheppey but does not name Minster-on-Sea. Check your address through Swale’s contact service before arranging council help.

What happens to unwanted appliances?

For household arrangements, consult Swale’s bulky waste information and confirm acceptance. Hoarder house clearance covers only assessed, booked removals, not automatic disposal of appliances.

Is support available beyond cleaning?

Swale describes Staying Put practical support. Ask whether it can assist at your address; our deep cleaning does not provide treatment or guarantee access.

Can bedrooms remain private?

Identify rooms to skip when discussing the booking. We can plan possessions sorting around agreed spaces without assuming every bedroom or cupboard is included.
