The service and results were very good. We gave them a probably harder job than others for a small apartment deep clean that was still cluttered by the many belongings of the person living in it. They took to the job well, worked hard over many hours and produced very acceptable results. The only issue which they should correct is that we followed the following process: agreed proposal of works, cost, guarantees etc. The cleaners came to the apartment, looked around, agreed what they could and could not do, and then they got on with their work. A small time in to the job, I received a call from their head office saying that they had to withdraw the cleaning guarantee ie to return to resolve if I wasnt happy with the job. They said the apartment was too cluttered. This behaviour was unacceptable. We agreed the job, they looked at the apartment before proceeding, and we agreed on what was not possible, and then I received that call. But again, overall, I recommend them for general very good service and cleaning.

I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. I will definitely be booking regularly.

Sardar and his assistant Shaheen did an amazing job cleaning my apartment including deep cleaning the kitchen , bathrooms, wooden floors as well as carpets ! They were detailed , efficient , quick and left the flat looking fabulous ! Highly dependable - would love to work with them again !

Very fast and great job with deep clean

They followed their job order well, and true to their promise of a quick but quality deep-clean of the flat. I will definitely recommend this company, and specifically Cosmina to be their cleaner.

Just had a 2 bed flat deep cleaned and carpets steam cleaned. The cleaners did an amazing job, moving furniture, hoovering everywhere twice, deep cleaning bathrooms, windows and living spaces. The flat looks sparkling clean now and the carpets are back to their original colour. What a super service.
