The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!

Really kind and friendly; asked if they could come early bc they finished job beforehand early which was a nice surprise; great job deep cleaning the couch - wow! And getting hard mildew off the shower door, bathroom counter, and kitchen tiles. I was so impressed with their cleaning work and they were so friendly throughout. They even asked if they could come back to try a different cleaning product on the rough mildew stain in the toilet - I really appreciate that.

Mike was great. He kept us informed throughout the day and the results of the deep clean were better than I had hoped for. Will definitely use and recommend this service again.

2 men turned up at the house who didn't look particularly clean and smart which I think doesn't reflect well on your company. Some kind of uniform would have been a better look. They cleaned the house to an acceptable standard although not sure I would call it a 'deep clean'. The one who appeared to be in charge was quite polite though and did let me know beforehand that they would be later than arranged due to traffic.
