Amazing service from these guys. Arrived 15 mins early to start promptly and were done with a 2 bed / 2 bath flat in under 3hrs. Simply amazing. The finished result was out of this world, the kitchen appliances were quite dirty and they were like brand new afterwards including the oven! I cannot recommend these guys enough, outstanding results and the best price out there for the standard of cleaning. I highly recommend using Hello Services and have already recommended them to my previous letting agent.

My elderly fathers flat was in a very bad condition and the cleaning service I received was excellent and the team were very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend your company to others.

Good service, I just have exceptionally high standards and noted that in some areas things had been cleaned around, eg bathroom bin, rather than moved. I know the service rules state no moving of furniture but I thought they would move smaller items. Overall though, really good, the team were very hard working.

I was expected better cleaning. Team was three hours delay even though they called and warned about delays. Very nice people but not very attentive to details for cleaning.

Nicole & Marius did a fantastic job for an end of tenancy cleaning in my flat. They were very friendly and accomodating (they waited 20min for the letting agency to open the flat without complaining). I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.

Fantastic - thank you so much. The cleaning team were lovely - picked up our keys on completion day from the agent and started straight away whilst we finished up at our flat and locked up. We arrived to a house of cleaners and movers all sorting us out in perfect harmony. The team made us feel relaxed and taken care of on a stressful day and made the house feel neutral and somewhere we could start making our home. Very grateful - excellent clean - lovely team.

The cleaning was excellent. During the booking they need to clarify the issue of the size of the windows and prices, to avoid surprises in the day of the cleaning. In any case, the place was left spotless.
