Honestly, I found Hello Services by doing a Google search. That day I was moving out of my flat that I was renting to a new one, as I have lots of things in my mind, totally forgot the professional cleaners. As I was also crazy tired that day, I paid by mistake for 2 properties. Not only I was lucky enough to have my money back for second property that I added by mistake but they also did an insane job that day with the property I was leaving. Very impressed with the quality of service provided. From the booking till the actual service provided it was easy to book and the Cleaning company were efficient. There were three lovely people who came to my flat to offer cleaning services.They were friendly, approachable and very proficient in what they did. The cleaning of my flat was very thorough, good products were used and each and everything was catered for. All in all I would recommend this company for anybody looking for a beginning of tenancy cleaning service!

I would definitely recommend this company for any kind of cleaning, i had a deep clean done in a flat i was moving into that was left in a disgusting state by the previous tenants. The girls who cleaned it left it in a spotless and outstanding condition when they finished.

I don’t normally bother with reviews but I think I owed it to these guys and they deserve one in my opinion. I have quite a few properties which need to be cleaned before a new tenant will move in, so I have used so many cleaning services over the years which I have not been quite happy with, so I keep changing companies until I came a cross ( hello services ). They got it right the first time! I must admit they have done such a fantastic job that I was very impressed. The difference they have made to the house Was major! I have been using there services ever since and never haven’t looked back. They are really hard working people and worth every penny. I Would recommend highly.

Booked them for one Bed Flat move from Hammersmith to Epsom. They packed all my stuff and loaded in less than 2 hours. I was also able to travel in the van to the destination. Thanks to Alan and his colleague. Forgot his name.

We used hello services for a deep house clean, we had just purchased a new house and with a new baby on the way in 2 weeks, I needed a thorough clean. Gutted I can not remember the names man and woman who came, VERY thorough, did an amazing job, the house was genuinely left in such a disgusting state I could not bring my daughter round as I did not want her touching anything. They were here for hours scrubbing and I need to highlight how great the windows turned out as well as the oven. I paid to have my kit hen appliances cleaned and was a bit dubious, however did fantastic job and they even cleaned two horrendous looking trays in there which was not part of the quote. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will for sure be coming back for future jobs. Communication between hello services up to the day of the clean was great! Nothing to fault at all. Thank you so much.

Great service! I thought I booked both carpet and upholstery cleaning but it turned out they only had me down for carpet, still they managed to updated my quote and accommodate me. Both Mohammad and Hannah were thorough with the cleaning and very considerate of the fact that I was working in the other room. They did come quite a bit earlier than agreed which could've been an issue, but I was working from home and it turned out way better this way timing wise. 10/10 recommended!
