Friendly staff and easy to organise

Very easy to book an end of tenancy cleaning online. Nicole and Marius did a very good job of cleaning and also the deep cleaning of the carpets. Very good services. Would recommend.

Arrived on time and did a brilliant and thorough job! End of tenancy clean on a three floor house was done in 3 hours and done fantastically! Very happy!

Punctual and professional - I’d have given a 10 but they overran the time estimate they gave me when they arrived and then rushed the inspection as a result.

Very good service. Only drawbacks and why not getting 10 stars is that cleaners were 30 mins late (but informed me beforehand), and I was told to book parking which was not used, so ending up paying extra.

Easy to book online. Prompt service . Cleaning team Georgeta and Marius were courteous and did an excellent job. Very pleased with service.

Great move-out house cleaners We hired Hello Services to provide a deep clean following our moving out of a rental house. They were responsive, cheap, and did an amazing job. We're thrilled with how well they cleaned.

I've never used Hello Vans before but found them to be very efficient and responsive to emails. Their quote was competitive and reasonable. I was so impressed with our Moving Team, they were professional, friendly and courteous. They rocked up 10mins before the booking time and got straight to loading the van and taking great care of our belongings. They made our move stress free. They were absolute superstars! Thank you guys so much for helping us move from Brighton to Worthing. I would recommend using Hello Vans 🙂

Excellent cleaning last week - the carpets, floors and bathroom looked like new and the whole place was dust-free and sparkling clean. Very responsive customer services team too. Would recommend.

From Start to Finish, everything was great - easy booking, great price, turned up promptly, quick and thorough clean. Our house was immaculate.

Cleaners were polite, worked hard but the office gave them the wrong time. They were on site at 8am when my booking was for 12noon, when I rang the office he also said it was 8am I was angry at him as it said 12 in my confirmation email, then he threatened he would cancel my booking, at that short notice I had no other option but to use them, not happy at all with the way the office dealt with me.

Nicole and Marius from hello services are great! Did a end of tenancy cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat. Managed to get some pretty limescale encrusted sinks & bath looking brand new. Did an amazing job on the kitchen, oven and extractor too. They are friendly and professional - Highly recommended!

A good competitive price. Very easy to arrange the cleaning, nice and helpful staff. My only issue was that after agreeing to meet at 8.00am, the cleaners tried to arrange for it to be later. They were told no, and arrived at the correct time. More than happy, and would use it again.
