I also like the booking interface - very user-friendly, and so were the staff on the phone, etc when I made changes with IZABELLE. This is my first time ever to work with professional cleaners. We were looking for a post building work deep clean and dust of our house. Hello Services were easy and straightforward to get quote from, book and to deal with throughout. I wasn’t home during their visit and on getting back, I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the initial cleaning of some of our awkward flooring. Hello Services sent a team to redo the problem areas free of charge. Very happy customer, great value for money service.

A cracking job. My only criticism is that stairs have a front to each step and not just a top. But otherwise everything was gleaming.

The cleaners turned up on time at short notice, and worked very hard to get the property back to a lettable state. Very happy with the experience and will use them again.

I would recommend the cleaners as they were very good in what was a filthy house. The oven was especially dirt, .It was cleaned and now looks brand new.
