Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they will get the job to an excellent/high standard. My house is gleaming and for the first time since moving in a few days ago, I am loving the house Thank you so much Hello Services Ltd

I am not at my house any more due to chronic ill health but a neighbour called me to say it looked- and smelt ! - amazing. However your staff left the upstairs windows fully open and she is not able to climb the stairs so I had several stressful phone calls last night to find someone able to go in. I think a more careful final check is needed.

Found this wonderful company after searching the internet for a deep cleaning service. What a great find. Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .

Joel was very thorough, he worked hard for nearly 8 hours.

The guys Zaher and Yousif were here promptly- actually early which was very much appreciated - and worked tirelessly all afternoon. Both were highly professional, courteous and friendly and did absolutely everything they could to save my poor bathroom (left in a state by the previous tenant) Great effort applied. Both were sweating at the end!

It was very straightforward dealing with Hello Services. There was a slight blip when the original appointment was cancelled but the problem was resolved, a new appointment made and communication was clear and quick.

Mathew was punctual to carry out the end of tenancy clean, and he did a very good job to the rugs, bathroom and oven. He was very friendly and polite too.

Chris and his colleague were excellent. Very thorough and great attention to detail. The left the house spotless. There were even areas that I thought were too soiled, but they managed to clean these.

Yousuf and Zahar were punctual and keen to get started. The flat is empty as we're moving in next week and really only required a spring clean plus window clean. I had paid extra for a hob and oven clean. I left them to it and was very happy with the end result. They both did a great job and were also very friendly.

Nelson & helper were very pleasant & did a systematic & thorough clean down of my ex rental house, working way down & spending lots of time in each area. All major areas cleaned & looks like new. Great job & very neat/cleaned up at end.

They were excellent at keeping in touch, letting us know when they would arrive etc. They were patient with my elderly relative who needed to move rooms. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Excellent service. Thank you

I was truly satisfied with cleaning performed. Very professional with giving recommendations. Finished the job in 3.5hrs. I didn't have the cabinet emptied otherwise, they would have cleaning all empty cupboards as well.

I have high standards and the team met them all with their efficiency, professionalism, and conduct. Needless to say the place is spotless, and we could notice a huge difference – every surface, draw and floor was completely cleaned (unfurnished apartment ready to move in). The price was reasonable too so the only reason my rating is a 9, not a 10, is because Hello Services also work with contractors so, whilst it is a great indicator, you may not have the same experience as I did.

I used Hello Services Ltd for an end of Tenancy clean this weekend. The booking process was quick and easy via email. The Cleaners attended on time and did an excellent job including making sure the whole house looked as good as new. I was very satisfied with the service provided, would use again and can highly recommend as a reliable and professional company.

Mustafa went far and beyond, deep clean and very fast. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but bow i know, who to call for a job. Recommend him for all sorts of carpets; even Persian rugs!
