I wrote a previous bad review for this company, However, the owner of the company has given me a very good explanation as to the delay in the men arriving to move our goods. I have received an apology and an offer of compensation. Therefore, I do not want anyone not to use this company as now I have received the reason for the delay I understand that problems in communication do happen. As I stated previously the men did a great job.

This is my second time using your services, I have recommended this company before who have never let me or anyone else down because they have a guarantee free Re clean. Thank you Hello 🙂

I booked last minute on Saturday night for a journey from Malden Manor to Essex, and was in a bit of a pickle so I tried to pick a company with the best reviews so as not to be messed around. Not only did Abdul arrive early - he managed to move all of my stuff out of my apartment and into his van in about 15 minutes! He was so polite and lovely and really helpful the whole time- even upon arrival he unloaded the van swiftly and was extremely pleasant the entire journey! I just wanted to make sure Abdul received my thanks as he could not have done a better job :)

Brilliant service!!!!! They were available very last minute for me. Accommodated all the last minute extras i needed doing and the tenants in the property said they found extra bits to clean and they did it without hesitating. above and beyond! highly recommended!!!

Turned up bang on time, excellent communication in advance as well. Leroy did a great job getting everything clean and I certainly didn’t leave him an easy job either!

Honestly, I found Hello Services by doing a Google search. That day I was moving out of my flat that I was renting to a new one, as I have lots of things in my mind, totally forgot the professional cleaners. As I was also crazy tired that day, I paid by mistake for 2 properties. Not only I was lucky enough to have my money back for second property that I added by mistake but they also did an insane job that day with the property I was leaving.
