I called Hello Services Ltd first, before calling sixteen other companies trying to get a cost-effective (good value for money) cleaning service. Not every cleaning service provided the after builders deep cleaning service requirement that I needed. In fact five or six of the cleaning companies I called recommended Hello Services Ltd. My husband was extremely impressed with the cleaning service provided with the service being of a paramount standard and without any hiccups in last-minutes changes, prompt refunding, and no jargons attached.

Saleem, Jerry, and Michael did an amazing job for my end of Tenancy Cleaning at my property in Edinburgh. They are arrived on time with a smile, and were very punctual. The three of them, did a meticulous job giving high attention to details, especially for appliances, and carpets. When cleaning was done, I addressed few minor missed corners, and they were very pleased to re-clean it. I highly recommend this company.

Had one of the best experience using Hello Services. The team Adam and Sam arrived on time. Really thorough deep cleaning. Will be hiring them again.

The company kept in contact with me from the initial quote, reminders and any delays (unavoidable if travelling on the A12)! Adam was very friendly and the rest of the team were polite and professional. They did an amazing service on a horrible job.

Omar and his colleague did a great job cleaning our flat for the end of our tenancy. They did the whole flat in 3.5 hours and left it spotless. They were really nice as well - thanks so much!

3 lovely friendly hard working people attended and did a really good deal clean. Arrived on time with all of their equipment and left the house including v dirty oven nice and clean.

Team Gyuven did an absolutely fabulous job. They worked like trojans and got stuff clean that I thought was impossible. Communication was good and I am really pleased with the result.

very friendly team who strive to do a good job, but partially let down by communication from head office, I stressed the carpets needed a deep clean, but arrived without one and had to return the following day to do it, it needed it and the whole place feels clean now

Your staff were polite, courteous and open. They were able work independently and performed efficiently providing a great service. My only minor quibble was the cost for the time taken to clean the residence otherwise an excellent experience.

The people working for this company are lovely, understanding and had a great attitude. They worked with me, my way. I am autistic and ADHD,they helped me clear and sort my clutter. My house is a home again, my daughter and I are so grateful. They were punctual and worked non stop from the second they arrived, until the very last minute. I highly recommend Mr Zahir and Mr Moza and thank them for their dedication.

Really great clean, just had to do a last min change to plans as the start time was asked ot be changed less then 24 hours before the appointment by the cleaning team. I understand it was due to unforeseen circumstances (car accident) but still a bit of a scramble.

I found this service really easy to use, the online system was simple to navigate, the speedy response and provision of the actual cleaning service. The two gentleman who attended my property were on time (always a bonus), very courteous and worked hard to complete the job, even on an extremely hot day! They asked me to look over what they’d done to ensure I was happy….I was! I would have no hesitation in using this service or recommending it to someone else. Thank you so much!

Great clean throughout, there was just one shelf that was missed but we didn't spot that till much later in the day. Otherwise it was lovely to come in to a nice clean house 🥰

I never very rarely give 10/10. They were early and very quick. The bathroom and kitchen was looking great. Steam cleaned carpets and washed down woodwork etc and hoovered all over. Pleased with the result.

The service provided was wonderful. The only scare that we were given was last minute cancellation. However when we told the operator Michael that we need to do the cleaning asap he was helpful and found us a new team within hours.
