The Lady and Gentleman who came last Saturday. They were amazing. Professional and helpful. They had a caring disposition as I lost my father and mum is in a care home and their home is to be sold to pay for mums care. They went over and above there job helping me get everything done in the kitchen and bathroom/s. Everything was cleaned and deep cleaned to a high standard. Especially the cooker that was sparkling. Bathrooms were gleaming and smelled so fresh and clean. Thank you Saturday 1pm the lady came from Dundee and she worked amazingly with her work colleague who was also a gem. Thank you (wished I got there names)

Smile and Ali did a whole house clean. It was in a very bad way, with lots of dust, grime and mould after months of not managing to clean, and now looks and feels like a completely different house. They did everything that was asked and worked around me and lots of our stuff, completely transforming the bathroom, making our kitchen clean and hygenic again and making the bedroom and sitting room clean and dirt and dust free. They worked efficiently and put in lots of effort to get the whole 1 bed house done in under 3 hrs. Very happy with the service and their time and effort

Booking with hello services ltd was super easy. Got an emailed quote outlining what exactly was going to be cleaned. Once I approved the quote I received an email confirmation within minutes explaining everything I had to be aware of. I had an option whether to pay on the day which was really great as I wanted to to inspect the work before making the payment. The cleaners were professional as well as the office staff. Overall great experience and the house looks almost brand new. I really appreciate your help. I will recommend you guys and will be using you again soon.

The actual clean was fantastic! The 3 cleaners worked tirelessly and did an amazing job!! The downside is the booking process. On the website it offered a slot that wasn’t actually available. Customer service called me to rebook but on the day they had double booked the cleaning team so mine was pushed back. I also don’t think the booking process allows for you to be specific enough about the job being quoted for in terms of size of rooms or dirt/grime level which meant my cleaning team left late as not enough time had been allocated which is not down to them at all! However, to reiterate the actual clean was brilliant, very happy!

Uki and Ben helped to clean my flat following a large and mess kitchen renovation. They did a fantastic job considering the dust and mess. I came back after a couple of hours to a clean and liveable home. I cannot thank them enough!

I have been looking for a good cleaner for a long time. I had a leaflet from Hello Services posted to me, a few days ago. I checked the reviews online; the customers were all very happy with the cleaners and so I contacted Hello Services. They were extremely helpful in organising a timetable and writing a list of items that needed daily cleaning. When the cleaners arrived, they were on time, kind, polite and very hardworking. Particularly, Anita she made sure the work was completed and that I was satisfied with the results. I use this team once a week and they have been very reliable. I highly recommend Hello Services cleaners, to anyone who may need a regular and organised cleaner. They have been very friendly and professional, and I am really happy with the service which I get.

We moved out of our flat and hired this company to clean it. They provided us a lady called Niza, she was amazing! She did an amazing job ( we owned a husky so u can imagine how much hair collects behind things) and the cost was really good for the amount of time and work 😊 highly recommend

The best decision I’ve ever made. Hello services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning one of my houses for rent. The tenants didn’t look after the place at all, and I was on a very tight schedule and had to get the house cleaned for the new arrivals, I heard about the work tidy shines have done for others and emailed them about the job straight away and they took care of everything in a very professional manor. We were stressed under so much pressure. We found hello Seevices end of of tenancy cleaning to be very reasonable price. Booked online and the cleaners did amazing job. They were 45 mins late but it’s sometimes expected.

The Service Quality was really great. The Tenancy end service which we used was really great. Value of money & top quality outcome. Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. The estate agents report that it’s made all the difference.

The cleaner came and was so kind and friendly, she did a tremendous job tidying and cleaning my studio apartment for the ending of my tenancy. I was really nervous because it was really cheap but turns out it’s just a bargain. It also only took 1.5 hours and she called me 10 minutes before she was due to finish so I had time to get home. The only reason I’m taking one star off as I was informed the night before that she would have to come at 8am rather than 10am, luckily that worked out for me but could be a hassle for others. Thank you again!

Ismael and Ali were wonderful, cleaning service is the best I ever had. They made it to a very clean house, every knook and cranny was clean. They were very polite and nice, Looking forward to them coming back again and again. Would highly recommend them.

Ismail and Ali we great. They did a really good job on an after builders cleaning. They left the apartment clean and smelling fresh. They always insisted that I inspect their work and raise any issues so they can rectify before they left. Great service.

I contacted Hello Services last Friday afternoon after being let down by estate agent organised pre cleaning of a rental property I was due to move into following my own house being flooded. I was immediately given an appt for the following morning! Joel & his team arrived at 9 as arranged & did a fantastic job. Happy with the standard of cleaning although one or two windows were missed but they did them once it was pointed out. At £100 per hour, I felt it was a bit on the expensive side. Not sure whether I would use them again.
